contact the consumers numerous times to see if we can set something up where we can resolve the problemWe have not had any success reaching themWe would like to set up something where we can satisfy the customer’s needs

Review: When we bought the fence from this organization, the sales rep did not fully explain to myself or my husband the measurements of what we wanted. He also did not explain that unless other wise specified, they would use old parts from the pre existing fence. Since we signed the contract, they had fulfilled the work according to that document. However, my neighbor experienced difficulty when he went back to the part where our fence was and found 3 inch nails sticking out that the crew drilled in improperly. He has children and a dog and this is a danger. Besides the fact that the craftsmanship was shoddy and dangerous, when I called to complain about the sales man, the [redacted] said she would look over our file and see how she could compensate us, and never returned a call after that.Desired Settlement: The screws in my neighbors fence are a potential hazard to small children and pets. We have a pet now also and I want to make sure that our animals and children or guests of our home are not harmed because of this shoddy work.
