Day after Christmas, I had children in house plus adults and no heat before they woke Tried to get free estimate from online and All Island Heating & Air conditioning responded Waited one hour and I felt an angel had been sent He was shocked by another's heating installation & what they left in their wake He tried several things and tried one other thing He loosened the duck coming into Furnace and shook it My heat returned before children woke up the charge was not exorbitant and felt he was more than honest Enjoyed his company as well Thank God for his appearance

The workers did a good job, but overall you can't trust this company. Phil the owner told me several misleading stories. But here is what happened to me: wound up paying $2,200 more than originally quoted; they didn't show up when initially scheduled because the boiler supposedly didn't get delivered; the job was supposed to take 2 days but wound up taking 2 half days and 2 full days (seems they didn't want to work a full day but I had to take off from work anyway and wound up leaving them at my house alone because I couldn't take more time off); they wired my heat wrong so it didn't go off the first night (got real hot); thermostats were wired wrong so basement controlled 2nd floor (bedrooms were freezing); reused my old Taco relay even though I paid for a new installation; never came back after 3 calls to Phil the owner asking when he would install a new Taco relay which Phil told me he had already bought; bad experience overall and obvious deception used. Fortunately my heat works now, but this company is not trustworthy at all.

Review: They didnt show up the day they were supposed to, and the following day after repeatedly telling me they would be here in an hour. When they finally did show up, they told me they were going to call their boss to ask him something, and they just drove off without saying anything to me. I called them back repeatedly, but no one will pick up .Desired Settlement: I waited all day for for them to show up. I want them to return my call and apologize.

I am not going to apologize if we were there. I would like this costumer to call and write a new letter tp the Revdex.com for the mistake. I think the Revdex.com should find out things first before they take complaints from people.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The "business" has not yet accepted responsibility for their irresponsible behavior. I had to take off from work to wait for these people. They were supposed to come in the morning. Every time I called, I was told they would be at my residence in an hour. I called back hours later to hear the same thing, that someone would arrive within an hour. I was home waiting for 10 hours, and when they finally did show up at night when my appointment was for early in the monring, they checked my boiler, I was told he would come right back after speaking with his boss. Seconds later, I see him driving off without saying a word to me. Once again, I called the "business"(if you can even call it that) and nobody would talk to me. A whole day ruined because of this awful business.
