Review: I needed a cab from the LIRR station at [redacted] NY to [redacted] NY (my home) on Friday, Jan. 24, 2014 at approximately 9:15 p.m. This cab company would only let me take a car that had 4 other passengers in it and they charged each of us $35 for a total of $175 for the ride! This is unacceptable and I want a thorough investigation in this scam they are running. In addition, the dispatcher as well as the cab driver were as rude as can be. And, he pulled us in to fill up his gas tank before we could go anywhere.

This was an emergency situation as there was a problem with the LIRR. They took full advantage of me/us as we had no other transportation option to get home. This company is well known for this kind of conduct; it is deplorable to say the least.Desired Settlement: I want to file an official complaint against this company and I want a full refund on my Visa Card please.

Review: I was told I would have a taxi waiting for me when I arrived at the airport. When I called after 10 minutes, I was told it would be just a minute or two. The taxi did not show up for over 45 minutes. The driver told me he received the call a mere 10 minutes before. I was also forced to share a ride when I was under the impression it would be a single ride. We were both.charged the same full price even though it was a shared ride. There was no room in the trunk for my luggage and it was thrown in the front seatDesired Settlement: Refund
