to leave manageable-sized wood pieces (i.e., logs) and grind all stumps.
We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused for the stumps, logs, and fell oak treeWe are also sorry that the front lawn was affectedIt was very unacceptable for the salesperson in charge to leave a valued customer unhappy with unfinished tree workIt was especially intolerable for our salesperson to make promises on behalf of our company, only to break themAfter learning of your incident, we discussed with the salesperson accordingly
At this time, it is shown in our records that, as of last week, we have returned to your home to resolve the issue by completing the unfinished tree workWe appreciate that you allowed us to take care of the stumps, the logs, and the oak tree, despite the lengthy wait period and lack of returned phone calls.

Please note that it was the intervention of the Gloucester Co. Consumer Affairs that finally got me results with this situation not the Revdex.com. Revdex.com suggested I contact GCCA
