Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and while it is not entirely accurate, the issue has been resolvedThe complaint was NOT filed after the blinds were replacedIn fact, I was contacted for final resolution after the complaint was filedI am disappointed in the entire experienceIt was not simply blind that there was an issue withIt was all of them, and the owner admitted having the same issues with the same blinds in his own homeThis did not give me faith in the company that this would not continue to be a problemThe example of purchasing a TV is ridiculous as big tickets items such as that, and these blinds, would have a warrantyThe blinds were installed late July 2015, and he was notified of issues by December as I had at first thought they would operate better as they adjusted to being upObviously that was not the caseRegardless, the issue has been corrected despite taking a long time and having a difference in opinionThis complant can be closed.
Sincerely,
*** ***

This customer had brand new blinds installed by me before this complaint was filed. I have been in the blind business since 1985 and even used to manufacture blinds from scratch. On those rare occasions when there is a problem with a blind, I am almost always able to make any necessary repairs on...

the spot. I have had to send blinds back to the factory for replacement/repair on very few occasions. I explain this to my customers, including this customer, when I first come to their home to give them a quote. It was several months after I installed this customer’s blinds when she called me to say they weren’t working properly. I went out to check them at my first opportunity. She was correct. These blinds were not operating as they should and would need to be sent back to the factory in order to repair them. I went and bought temporary shades to put in the customer’s windows and called her to set up a time when I could remove the blinds. I told her I’d be happy to do them all at once or in stages, whichever she preferred. She insisted that she did not want any blinds removed from her windows. She would only accept brand new blinds and the old ones could only be removed when I had the new blinds to immediately replace them. I explained that this just isn’t how it’s done. You can’t have a problem with a TV and expect the store to give you a new one when they could repair the original one instead. She continued to say she would only accept brand new blinds and she wanted them different from the original ones—she wanted cords instead of cordless. I told her I’d talk to the factory and see if there was anything I could do. The factory, of course, said I could return the original blinds and they would repair them. I told this to the customer who, again, refused this solution. I must confess I did quit calling her at this point. She eventually called me again and said she had someone stalking her so she needed new blinds. I paid for new blinds out of my own pocket and installed them before this complaint was sent to me. I don’t understand how she could have filed a complaint when I have gone so far above and beyond what I think any other window covering company would do. I’m very sorry that she has had a problem. It hurts my heart to have an unhappy customer. The thing I most enjoy about my work is when a customer is able to say “Wow!” because they’re so happy with their new window coverings.

I have a old house 4400 square feet with a layer of wooden shakes and asphalt. Ibarra construction did a total tear off with great detail and all new decking and shingles in 2.5 days. This is the best contractor in the state! I also had some modifications done or they would have been done in 2 days. Great work ethic and skill!

Horrible experience. Was completely ripped off at the Cactus location. Brought car in for an oil leak and they charged me $700 making me think it was fixed. Then I bring it to a tire works closer to my house a week later because it is leaking oil again and the manager there says the other tire works changed my radiator which has nothing to do with the oil leak and is trying to charge me another $800 to fix the oil leak. I was advised to call JASMINE in customer care to work something out and she was so rude and condesensing. JASMINE [redacted] is horrible at customer service and should be fired. I asked to talk to someone else and she said no. This company is absolutely a RIP OFF!!
