Created more problems than they fixed, claimed to repair an issue and failed to do so, lack of quality assurance/control, and lack of any sort of quality of work with respect to returning car to original conditionCar was returned with misaligned hood where they claimed they could realign, trunk liner was ripped in multiple places and had to wait weeks before it was replaced (they also said they would notify me multiple times as soon as the part was received but never did, clear coat of paint has new swirl marks everywhere, rear defroster fails to activate after their work was done, molding of front and rear windows not installed properly Would not recommend this body shop to anyone
They told me that my vehicle will be ready in days but it took days and I was going to sell my vehicle and because of long time I turned down two serious customer and the excuses they made for being delay doesn't make any sense to me .I will not recommended them to anybody

I had body work done on my truck in by all make CollisionThey replaces my driver side box side and repaint itThey gave me a lift time warnety on the repair In February of I brought the truck back as the fender paint started to blister I book an appointment with all make collision and had them look at it They call me back and said that they would not warranty the work as there was paint touch up done on the truck bock side I told them that I had done touch up on the rock chips but had never paint around the paint blistersThey still said they would not warranty there work do to the paint touch up and that there was nothing they can do to help me I feel that they did not do the job right and they know it, they are trying to find a reason to not repair there work

My 2015 F150 was repaired ($13k of damage) collected after 4 weeks in their care last week to discover new roof panel misaligned and dented, rain channels look like they used finger painting to finish off, windscreen crooked, paint contaminated, swirls and scratches, broken trim panels, spare bolts rolling around the cab, aluminum dust and debris covered the inside of the cab, scratched dash board, door seals damaged, marks on rubber trim from PDR, headliner and all removed trim panels loose, epoxy on door handles, trim and center console, hail dents still visible. The insurance assessor was shocked by what he saw and the vehicle is going into another body shop to get stripped down and restored. They have zero care for your vehicle and no quality control do yourself a favor avoid this body shop.
