I had purchased a custom video on ManyVids on 5-14-for $ I work as an illustrator, and I'd hired a model working on said site, to produce a video wherein she is posing in the nude, for art reference purposes for life drawingThe model had never produced the video ManyVids has a policy of refunding any purchase that isn't fulfilled by a participating model working on said site Despite many attempts to get a refund, the company still hasn't offered oneAdditionally, just today (6-4-18), I had purchased a video from another model for $for the same reason as the previously noted video However, ManyVids charged me an additional $for no reasonI demand a refund for both transactions, totaling $altogether

I purchased a video from this company Due to technical issues, the browser crashed in the middle of payment, I was charged twice for the same video I called in and talked to a rep He told me exactly what to do and contact my bank about it So I did
Now they are telling me it's a chargeback and i'm banned from the site They keep sayingit's two different titles I purchased but it's only that got charged twice
The customer service has also been beyond horrible Not even trying to resolve anything
