Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was there at 3pm and 4pm and no one was ever there Also called several times with no answerI've been without use of a dryer for two weeks because of the lack of support and I'll be a fool if I have to wait till the first of mayAlso, if 8-are the hours I hope you change that on your web site so it can reflect the hours you aren't a ghost town Sincerely, [redacted]

FIRST OF THE WEBSITE DOES NOT LIST ANY HOURS OR ADDRESS,JUST A PHONE NUMBER WHICH IS ANSWERED M-F BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8-WE ARE HERE FROM 8-M-F THE LIGHTS ARE ON,THE DOOR IS LOCKED,JUST HAVE TO RING THE BELL LIKE THE SIGN ON THE FRONT DOOR STATESI DO NOT KNOW WHAT WEBSITE MR [redacted] IS REFERRING TOI WOULD RECOMMEND MR [redacted] CALL LG TO GET A SERVICE CALL SET UP WITH A SERVICERTHANK YOU***

ON July the service tech went to Ms.***'s home to install parts under her extended warranty with *** GroupThe
tech installed the parts and tested the washer and it worked properlyMs *** called in several hours after the tech had left her house and said it wasn;t working,I told Ms *** I could get the tech back on Wednesday July in the am,that was not good enough for Ms *** and she told me to close out her claim and she called me a ***Then she called her extended warranty company and they inturn called into our office,we informed them that we had offered to go back to Ms.***'s home on July in the am,and that she did think that was good enough.At that time the extended warranty co*** told us not to close the claim but not to go out until we heard back from them,as of today July the warranty co,*** has not informed us to go back out
Ms*** needs to contact her extended warranty co *** at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and then they will advise us on what they want us to do

Mr.*** has an extended warranty on his refrigerator,in order for us to come back out I need a dispatch or call no from his extended warrantyI explained that to LG alsoI did not hang up on LG,the lady at LG did not understand and kept putting me on hold,the 3rd time I asked her if when they got
it straightened out to call me.We will happy to go back out but they need to call this number and have the extended warranty dispatch me outthis is the number to their extended warranty***previous work order number to refer to if needed is *** AS soon as I receive a dispatch from the extended warranty co,I will give Mr*** a call. THank you.*** ***

We are here at [redacted] everyday from 8-4. THere are times when are lines are busy and that is because we have 2 lines coming in and we are extremely busy. But we are hardly a ghost town. My suggestion would be if you still need service please call between 8am and 4pm...

and we will get you scheduled. We are scheduling for the week of May 1st or contact LG and they will find you a servicer. THank you[redacted]
