I had a shattered screen replaced on an iPhone 5 for $120. Within one day the upper portion of the screen cracked by the earpiece. The phone was in a case and not dropped. The crack was not near a button or other portion you might somehow press too hard on - although considering it is a touchscreen phone it should handle being pressed on. Called home office and also spoke with employee that replaced it originally. Both refused to acknowledge any fault in materials nor repair. Claimed the best that could be done would be to repair it for a discount at $40! The phone was not water damaged, not dropped, nor had any other exterior damage. Do business with this company at your own risk and disregard their 60 day warranty as it apparently covers almost nothing. Even defective materials.
