We bought a van from this used car company and they told us that they did an oil change and a full tune up to the vehicle on August After leaving and getting home the oil light turns onWe contact them and come in and they give us the run around about the oil change we never got from themSo we decided to take the vehicle to SEARS and spent almost $on brakes, brake pads, rotors, engine coolant, fuel cleaning kit, fuel system, and their labor on August We are very upset and we also found out once the finance company called that the leasing paperwork was not done completely leaving the Co - signers name offThey said we have a day warranty on the vehicle but when we mentioned the above problems they said it is nothing they could do
As a member of the armed forces who purchased a vehicle from this place I want to make the public aware of all the hidden costs that are not disclosed when buying a car from this business. It took me almost 2 months to get the plates and I still had to pay a total of $457, which was not disclosed at the time of purchase, in order to get my plates; cost which should have been added to the total cost in the bill of sale. Read the final contract before signing and ensure they annotate that there are no additional costs. This is not a serious business, once that you purchased the vehicle, the customer service is terrible, the 30 days of "warranty" they talk about before you purchase the vehicle does not exist, all cars are sold "as is". I just want to make sure that you get all the facts before purchasing from this place. I should have checked that it was not a Revdex.com accredited place.
Would either like my deposit back or a car that actually works... Not a run-around of talk to this person or that person. Company has no ethics, morals or values. I'm actually debating on getting a lawyer involved to look into this company practices.
