I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I live on disability and the ADA has advised me to contact the Attorney general officeWhich I did as I told you on the phone ***I am working with them as well on this matterHe admitted to me that they fired **@ [redacted] .COM FOR screwing up this moveSo therefore his offer and Railroaded job by them in their Huge mistake in every way possible and Joe's aggressive behaviors are extremely uncalled for threatening me and is so unprofessional as a business manI just want my stuff back safe and sound asapSo in all honesty after this hostile situation and them screwing up this moveThey litterly shouldn't be charging hidden delivery fees on top of everything elseI seriously think it's in the best interest for everyone if he either waives the fees or lessons it even more than this because of their impotenceThe Attorney general office advised me to keep the review on all sites so that this an other companies stop this behaviorIt's not my fault for **@ [redacted] .COM screwing up this move and when I asked him about hidden fees added on , he said their wasn't noneJoe trying to take the review off every where just proves that he is a violent man shady business man I didon't exactly what JT SAID TO DOIf I knew Kevin was going to Railroad me with thousands of dollars more than the original quote ahead of timeI wouldn't have let him touch anythingHe added everything on after he loaded the truckSo this is their mistakes and in a hostage situation because this company is Horrifying and extremely incompetentMy beautiful children and I suffer because this company is not doing Honest businessI will be finishing my conversation with the Attorney general office next week and I will work with both [redacted] and themRegardless what any one tells me about any of youPlus JUILA said before there was going to be more fees added on for deliveryThey are a shady dishonest business and until they release my belongings back safe and soundWith either lowering the payment to the original quote JT gave me or waiving it completelyI will have to see what the Attorney general office decides toAgain the documents in my boxes of my beautiful children and I and DNA packed litterly this company stole our identity credit and DNAAs well as my medication and loved ones ashes and everything we own can do lifetime damage to my beautiful children and IBecause they are absolutely incompentantI am in contact daily with the domestic violence business agency who has reports on Joe's aggressive behaviors for my safety reasonsThe way he was being aggressive to me and that other women and on the review she posted about this company and Joe, is extremely uncalled forShame on his mother for raising and abusive son to talk to women in this mannerJoe doesn't realize that I am from [redacted] and women don't tolerate his abusive behaviors and being aggressiveIt's actually grounds to get him arrestedWhich may just happen as I may press charges against himBecause he is definitely not a business man who has respect not only for his customers but women and childrenHe seriously needs anger management and not safe to be around woman and children or anyone for that matter There is absolutely no solid proof he put everything in storage safe and soundAnd things are not missingEven though he removed the review off his [redacted] pageI have copied them all even fromantic the woman who also posted he was aggressiveI reported them to the domestic violence business agency too So as soon as I hear back from the Attorney general office, I will call you [redacted] ONLY!!! Ms [redacted] , was picked up on Nov 27th by my authorized agent [redacted] Movers, she was made aware at the time of pickup by the foreman Kevin that the boxes she had were in unacceptable moving condition and that he would not be able to ship them on the truck unless they were repacked/boxed correctly and safelyKevin gave her a discount on most of the packing services only charging Ms [redacted] for a total of wardrobe boxes and specialized/custom crate boxOur agents only use reliable & professional movers who know how to pack, load and unload a shipment of household goods and they don't charge for box tape or for moving blankets all of which was included free of chargeMs [redacted] was also informed that she had more items than that was originally estimated on file and that the additional items would be charged for accordingly she agreed and signed the binding contractWe also setup a delivery based on her earliest requested delivery date of 12/1/2016, Ms [redacted] understood all the terms according to the contract and understood that upon delivery she would need to have a balance of $in cash or a postal money orderWe shipped out Ms [redacted] items to her delivery address in [redacted] , [redacted] zipcode ***, upon arrival of her items Ms [redacted] informed my driver that she didn't have the funds to pay for her delivery and wouldn't be able to arrange for the money at that time my driver informed Ms [redacted] that her items would have to be placed into storage until she can arrange for the payment of her items and that she would be charged additional fees/monies for storage and re-deliveryWe have been in contact with Ms [redacted] throughout this process and have explained that in order for her to receive her delivery she would need to satisfy the remaining outstanding balance as well as the storage & re delivery costs for your review is a copy of the binding contract signed as well as the packing service list charged and all the other documentation signed at the time of pickup with Ms [redacted] and my agent

Ms [redacted] was moved out on Jan 21st and received her items as stated within our day windowThe contract she signed which is attached indicates that delivery would be made before Feb 21st , As indicated on her bill of ladingThe items were delivered on Feb 14th to her new home in ***, UtahShe filed a claim with [redacted] Claims Management and she was given a settle amount for $A claim check was mailed to Ms [redacted] by the company on June 5th, Ms [redacted] was very happy with the services and even gave the crew a rating of out and was very happyWe understand that wear and tear can happen which is why there is insurance and a claim process that needs to be doneShe went through the process and the claims department did respond to her in a timely mannerThey were also made aware that they would get a basic valuation coverage on all their items for $cents per pound per article, this shipment did not have any additional insurance coverage addedMs [redacted] should have her claim check already and unfortunately there isn't much else I can do for herShe will need to speak with [redacted] Claims management about the claim settlement directly

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThis company is mis leadingThey quote you one thing over the phone and then put something opposite of that in the contract I work fro a fortune company and we do not allow this as good business practice If you look at the attached document it does have a guarantee date delivery of 1/ When I called on 1/they had no knowledge of my property and delivered it the Friday of that week which is in fact past the days I am also very upset about my personal belonging I was unable to afford to bring due to misleading quote that was originally generated It's again misleading to advise someone you are giving them a quote that is no where near the appropriate service He can continue to quote contract but he is not follow an ethical business practiceA colleague of mind whom I referred had a similar issue [redacted] where his property was delivered early after advising he would not be at the desired destination until the th and it was delivered on the 6th and he had to pay a fee of $for an extra day Keeping in mind he was moving from [redacted] to [redacted] and I from [redacted] to ***Yet his property was picked up a day after mine a arrived sooner than mineWhether the the company wants to take personal responsibility that's fineIn regards to the survey the movers wher polite so yes I gave them a and they had me fill it out in front of them which made me feel uncomfortable given they had my personal property in their possession Would you feel comfortable with that? Honestly the items I had to leave where priceless but they need to be acknowledged for bad business practices and sloppy contractsBy the way which they rush to make you sign after your belongings are packed up in the truckShame on this company they will no longer do business with [redacted] wireless relocation Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com spoke to Joe at business and the following was relayed: In an effort to resolve the situation, the business has agreed to reduce the total amount owed to $1,After the month of January, storage fees will be assessed monthly and the amount will increaseThe business has assured Revdex.com that the customer's items are % secure and in public storageThe business does ask that the customer make a good faith payment in order to accept an agreement in which the business will accept a reasonable payment plan and payment plan time frame with the customer

We gave the customer an update of the delivery ETA and delivered the items within our guaranteed delivery window of 21 Business Days. The contract had the earliest requested delivery date for the 9/15/17 and we delivered on 9/16/17 which is great delivery time. Upon delivery the customer signed...

their inventory contract that everything was delivered and no items were damaged or broken at the time of drop off. We have a signed bill of lading and inventory contract which I have included in my attachments. The customer never called our offices to notify us of any damages or missing items and the customer was informed that the $75 charge for stairs was a valid charge and was informed that such charges maybe added at delivery and signed the contract at pickup which indicates what kind of additional charges they may incur at delivery such as extra flights of stairs, long carry charges, shuttle charges. If the customer would like to file a claim they can visit www.[redacted].com and follow the instructions on the website to complete the claim process online.

We have been in contact with Ms. [redacted] throughout this process and have explained that in order for her to receive her delivery she would need to satisfy the remaining outstanding balance as well as the storage & re delivery costs.  for your review is a copy of the binding contract signed as well as the packing service list charged and all the other documentation signed at the time of pickup with Ms. [redacted] and my agent.

Ms. [redacted] was moved out on Jan 21st and received her items as stated within our 21 day window. The contract she signed which is attached indicates that delivery would be made before Feb 21st , 2017. As indicated on her bill of lading. The items were delivered on Feb 14th to her new home in [redacted],...

Utah. She filed a claim with [redacted] Claims Management and she was given a settle amount for $90.00. A claim check was mailed to Ms. [redacted] by the company on June 5th, 2017. Ms. [redacted] was very happy with the services and even gave the crew a rating of 10 out 10 and was very happy. We understand that wear and tear can happen which is why there is insurance and a claim process that needs to be done. She went through the process and the claims department did respond to her in a timely manner. They were also made aware that they would get a basic valuation coverage on all their items for $0.60 cents per pound per article, this shipment did not have any additional insurance coverage added. Ms. [redacted] should have her claim check already and unfortunately there isn't much else I can do for her. She will need to speak with [redacted] Claims management about the claim settlement directly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This company is mis leading. They quote you one thing over the phone and then put something opposite of that in the contract.  I work fro a fortune 50 company and we do not allow this as good business practice.  If you look at the attached document it does have a guarantee date delivery of 1/3.  When I called on 1/3 they had no knowledge of my property and delivered it the Friday of that week which is in fact past the 7 days.  I am also very upset about my personal belonging I was unable to afford to bring due to misleading quote that was originally generated.  It's again misleading to advise someone you are giving them a quote that is no where near the appropriate service.  He can continue to quote contract but he is not follow an ethical business practice. A colleague of mind whom I referred had a similar issue [redacted] where his property was delivered early after advising he would not be at the desired destination until the 7 th and it was delivered on the 6th and he had to pay a fee of $350 for an extra day.  Keeping in mind he was moving from [redacted] to [redacted] and I from [redacted] to [redacted]. Yet his property was picked up a day after mine a arrived sooner than mine. Whether the the company wants to take personal responsibility that's fine. In regards to the survey the movers wher polite so yes I gave them a 8 and they had me fill it out in front of them which made me feel uncomfortable given they had my personal property in their possession.  Would you feel comfortable with that? Honestly the items I had to leave where priceless but they need to be acknowledged for bad business practices and sloppy contracts. By the way which they rush to make you sign after your belongings are packed up in the truck. Shame on this company they will no longer do business with [redacted] wireless relocation.
