Worst moving experience I've ever hadWhen we called to reserve our move, we stated that we were moving from a fully furnished square foot home and we were told by the manager we would be assigned four movers and they would provide a truck capable of fitting all of our itemsOn the day of our move, two people arrived at our house with a truck, not even large enough to hold a third of our itemsAfter calling the manager all morning, we finally had three other people show up, several hours later, and we had to go call UHAUL to get a large enough truckAfter things finally got rolling, the movers proceeded to fight with each other all morning, using foul language, and exhibiting the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen in my lifeOne man ended up walking off the job, leaving the others to finishBy the end of the day, our new floors were scratched, several items were broken and we could not wait for them to leaveIf you ever need movers, please do yourself a favor and use someone elseEven with a discounted rate for our troubles, it was not worth dealing with this kind of service

I spoke to Al at ALL My Brothers Movers on Monday 9/26/16 and set up an appointment to have a piano moved from a West Fork address to a Springdale address on Wednesday 9/28/16. He agreed and quoted me a price, asked some questions and agreed to meet me at 2:15 PM. My husband and I are 2 1/2 hours away. We drove there and waited. No one had arrived by 2:30. I called the number of All my Brothers Movers and was told he would check with the driver and call me back. I never heard back and when I tried to call again, my call was forwarded to a number with a full mailbox, so I could not leave a message. I tried to leave a message on their website. Today is the day after. I still have not heard anything from them, my husband and I wasted a whole day and a friend at the receiving end was inconvenienced as well. I want to prevent other people from being misled by this company. They are not honorable. I do not recommend trying to do business with them.
