Me [redacted] , I received a message stating this complaint was going to be closed! Nothing g had been resolved the lady at All My Mommas Junk still had my purses and my moneyI am asking that you please keep this case open [redacted]

To Whom it May Concern: Regarding the complaint from *** ***Mrs***'s purses were mailed out on December 9, to her APO address which was the only address I received from her cousinThe APO location is ***I have no control over the post office and their delivery serviceIt was not my fault she did not provide me with the correct addressI do not have her purses, they were mailedI do not have any of her money...I don't even know why she thinks that I have her money?? The initial purchase was for two wallets at $each for a total of $Two extra large totes for $each for a total of $ Grand total of purchase was $plus shipping ( which the post office gets)She used the purses for over months before returning them to me because she decided she wanted something differentIs it not my fault she has to pay the post office postage to mail and receive mail? Do used purses or any used items hold the original value after use forever? Why does she feel entitled to get free postage? Or for her items to hold NEW value? AFTER I COMPLETED THE EXTRA WORK SHE REQUESTED, IT WAS HER THAT REFUSED TO PAY FOR SERVICES I PROVIDED TO HERIF ANYONE HAS ANYONES MONEY SHE HAS MINE!!!!! SHE REFUSED TO PAY AND THAT IS WHEN SHE STARTED COMPLAINING, CALLING, THREATENING ME AND HARRASSING ME ON MY BUSINESS PAGEWHY AM I SUPPOSE TO DO WORK FOR HER FOR FREE??? THE ONLY ITEMS THAT WERE SENT BACK WERE THE TWO PURSES, I DON'T KNOW WHERE SHE GETS THE $AMOUNTACTUALLY I GUESS IT'S THE ORIGNAL PURCHASE PLUS ALL THE SHIPPING SHE FEELS IS UNFAIR FOR HER TO PAYThe reality of this situation isThe purses were mailed on December 9, to her APO address in ***(how did I have that address if she didn't give it to me) The purses were purchased December Over a year agoRetail value is gone once you buy and use an itemWhen you request services from a business, you are suppose to pay for those servicesIn this case, she should have paid for the alterations to her pursesNot my fault the post office charges for their services as well I do not have her money I do not have her used purses, they were mailed to her address in *** that she gave meShe owes me $plus tax for the alterations, which was a discounted amount, the actual price for the changes was $for both bags, but I gave her a discountI did my part, I fixed the purses, got told off for charging a fee for my work, I mailed the package and I am still being harassed by herAgain, her purses were mailed priority mail on December 9, 2016, she owes me $32.56( a discounted amount) for the alterations, I have no control over the post office's charges, delivery times, or methods.I did my part, perhaps she should acknowledge the fact that she is the one to blame for the package being delayed since I did not ever receive the correct addressShe was so outraged that I was going to charge her for the alterations, she never bothered to make sure I had the right address, According to her cousin she was in the states months prior to me mailing her purses, plenty of time to make sure I had that addressAGAIN, NOT MY FAULT SHE DID NOT GIVE ME THE RIGHT ADDRESSFrom the inception of her order up until her cousin informed her of the charges, all conversations were between me and her cousin ***As far as I'm concerned, the miscommunication, lack of information is between her and her cousinI did as I was instructed by her cousinI did nothing wrong, I did my partEND of StorySincerely,Missy L***

December 20, Dear Sirs: Mrs*** ordered her purses via her cousin, *** ***, I received the fabric October 21, at that time I asked what purse style she wanted.(picture 1) If you notice it states ( QUITE LARGE) describing the size of the purse that was being orderedThe purses
were completed on December 3,2015, over a year ago and mailed to her(pic #and #3)The purses she ordered were not ones I had patterns for, I had to create the pattern to make the bag according to her request, I verified the size of the bags and was assured they were correctOn June 5, received a text asking me to make the purses smaller, months after she had received them (pic #5)If you look at pic #6, I asked for exact measurements, all I received was a picture with one bag laying on the other one....no measurements, (maybe take an inch) I asked several times and was told just an inch or twoI tried to get an exact measurement an none was givenI also informed the cousin that in order to make the bags smaller, they would have to be taken totally apart and that it would take time and there would be a feeI was told to proceedWhen we received the bags and were working on them, we noticed that the brown bag had stains on the bottom consistent with usage along with tissue, candy and candy wrappers, the maroon bag also had similar items in itIt was apparent that she had used the bags even though she claimed she did not and that they stayed in her closetI have three witnesses to thisIt was extremely difficult to take apart the bags, since they had rivets, extra stitching, etcto themSince I did not have any of that fabric, I was only sent enough to make the bags one year ago, I had to work with what I hadI did not rush the process I took my time to make sure they would be as near as perfect as possibleOnce I informed Ms*** that the bags where ready and that I was charging for my labor, Ms*** decided she did not want to pay for the changes and so here we areThe changes Mrs*** requested had nothing to do with workmanship which is what my guarantee is forIf she was unhappy with the bags, she should have returned them immediately within days not more than daysThey were not returned until months later and had obvious signs of useI have an "All sales final policy"All custom orders have a day return policyAs well as a "I reserve the right to refuse service policy"All which are posted in my store and facebook accountI charge for my services, which is my right as a businessI did inform her cousin that there would be a charge for the changes so it shouldnt have been a surpriseIf I go to a business and ask for something to be done, I dont expect it to be free of charge and I dont use bully tactics to get stuff for free, I pay for my purchasesMany times I will do small changes for my customers at no charge but I feel that it is up to me to decide if I charge or notTHIS WAS NOT A SMALL CHANGE, IT WAS A MAJOR REMAKE OF THE BAGSThe charge for the time and difficulty should have been a minimum of $for each bag, $that I chose to charge for each one was by far cheapIn all reality, I was under no obligation to ship the bags without payment for my work to Mrs***, she ordered a service and should be responsible to pay for itInstead she choses to bully to get what she wantsIf you look at pies #& #8, her cousin is extremely embarrased by Mrs***'s actions and apologized for her behaviorBut more than that, she agrees that IT IS Mrs*** that is being unreasonable and maliciousMrs***'s were shipped priority mail to an APO address, this was the only address I had for herI can not be held responsible for the US Postal Service, Christmas season causing mail delays or the delivery time to a APO addressI truly believe that the only person that was wronged in this transaction was meShe should be required to pay for the services I provided at her requestSincerely, Missy L***

I am rejecting this response because:i tried giving her a correct mailing addrsss, but she blocked me in her business page because she didn't like what I had to say. I have proof I messaged her with 2 weeks of receiving the purses the first time, but she never responded. So I had To go through my cousin to ask about getting them purses alternated! Like I said previously that is not how to run a business! Respond to emails and don't block customers when they are not satisfied with a product. I have paid for shipping three times on these purses and I am out $200 dollars.
