I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
The 15 minutes was ultimately refunded, but took several days.  No problem, there.
The response from All My Sons ignores the mis-representation and false statements that were made to us when we first arranged to have them move us.  I told the representative that we needed to be out of the house by 11AM.  His response was, "No problem."  I spoke to the company several times before the move, and we were never once told that their arrival time would be "between 7:30 and 9:30."  That was told to me when I called them again at 7:15 the morning of the move.  When I spoke to the All My Sons that, I explained to the representative that we had to be out of the house by 11AM.  He informed me that they did not have that information.  Their failure to record that information from the multiple conversations that we had prior is not our fault.  We had no choice but to be out of the house at 11AM as that was the time we were closing on selling the house.  We had no choice but to sign the waiver in order to get the furniture out of the house.  We were placed in a situation by the movers that we would have no choice but to sign a waiver.  In addition, we were not informed beforehand that we would have to pay BEFORE the unload in order to get our furniture off the truck.  What were they going to do, hold our furniture for ransom?
We fell for the sales pitch and took them at their word.

I am sorry to know that our customer was unhappy with their move.  In reviewing this move, I see that we promised the customer to be at their home between 7:30 and 9:30 am.  As the customer stated, we arrived at 8:50 am.  We started the clock at 9:00 am.  Customer told our crew...

that they needed everything out of the house by 11:00 am.  Crew leader advised customer that we must protect all furniture with pads to protect it from scuffs and scratches.  Customer said that they did not care about that and refused to let us wrap their furniture and signed a waiver stating that All My Sons would not be responsible for such damages.  Our crew completed the move at 4:45pm.  after charges were estimated till 5:00pm.  A credit for those 15 minutes was issued the next day to credit card.
