Hello,We never received email after our response or that the complaint was resolved The refund has taken place, please allow time for processingI have attached the receipt

***PHOTOGRAPHS ATTACHED [redacted] Subject: Re: Revdex.com COMPLAINT # [redacted] ***Ms [redacted] ,The reason I am so upset, besides obviously the destruction of my tool box, is the fact that the LEAD WORKER OF THE CREW THAT MOVED US TOLD ME HIMSELF, AND IN FRONT OF WITNESSES, THAT HE WOULD GET THE SERIAL NUMBERS OF THE TOOL BOX, TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS, AND GET BACK TO ME REGARDING A REPLACEMENT!!!!!This was never done and it is quite obvious now that this was said to placate me at the time so they could exit our house as painlessly as possibleI am not going to be put thru only more hoops by these incompetent is -- requiring me to submit NOTARIZED documents to prove the extent of the damage???!!! GIVE ME A BREAK!!! I HAVE WITNESSES!!!They either cough up the $$$ for the damage THEY CAUSED OR WE GO TO COURT!!!!!AS to your emails, I am evidently not receiving all of THEM!!!! I worked for over years in the IT field SO CHECK YOUR SYSTEM!!!And in the "FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH DEPARTMENT"These incompetent clowns operated so slowly, we had to keep reminding them that we were on a schedule that day -- the new owners of our old house were taking possession THE SAME DAY!!!!They took breaks, ordered in pizza, and one fool even laid down on the drive way of our new house do he could make SNOW ANGELS!!! -- and no, I AM NOT KIDDING!!! ALL ON OUR TIME!!! Again, I have witnesses.And, a crystal lamp shade has disappeared I can only guess what happened to that, but that is another matter...I either get compensation in a timely manner for the damage to my tool box and it's contents, or I will be filing a small claims report and/or will get my attorney involved I WILL NOT BE JERKED AROUND ANY MORE!!!!And, I will be filing an online review that will make THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR ALL MY SONS LOOK INSIGNIFICANT BY COMPARISON!!! Attached are photographs of the totaled top portion of the toolbox The bottom sections were not damaged as badly but the drawers no longer open as they did or should!Thank you for your time,

Dear Revdex.com, As you are aware, it is our practice to provide upfront and honest pricing accompanied by great serviceWe do apologize for not meeting Mrs [redacted] 's Expectation, but would like to point out a few facts in regard to her complaint 1) I have attached a copy of the estimate which clearly states that All My Sons would be providing truck and movers for the load, and movers for the unload 2) As Mrs [redacted] pointed out in her complaint All My Sons initially recommended trucks for her move while our estimator was onsite, as well as by emailHowever, when we arrived at Mrs [redacted] 's home there was not a second truck but a small 5x5xtrailer which would not even accommodate the 9ftspoken of in Mrs [redacted] 's complaint 3) As you can see on the attached estimate the price for truck and men to travel to Ponderay was $2,As mentioned in the complaint we only charged an additional $1,for a second truck and driver which you can see is a considerable savingsThis was most definitely a good faith effort on our part to make sure Mrs [redacted] 's move was completed in a timely manner 4) As it pertains to claims, we unloaded the vast majority of items into a garage which means those items were handled again after All my Sons deliveredPer the contract this negates any liability by All My Sons claims that were not noted at the time of delivery 5) All My Sons only charges for material provided and used by All My Sons It is our belief that we went above and beyond to provide Mrs [redacted] with additional services that were not originally included in the agreement at a price that did not even cover our cost to do so In light of the facts, the request for a $2,refund is not realisticHowever, as a good faith effort to resolve the matter we would be willing to refund $with the attached release signed Thank You, All My Sons

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The $offered does not even cover the cost of the mirror they broke and their employees texted pictures of to their office (this was who they told me they were texting pictures to) I was told by the movers at my home they would take care of it promptly When we didn't hear from the office, my husband called and was told they would get back to him They never did, so he then requested a claim form We are having to hire someone to even get to items in the garage to know what all was missing/broken due to everything just being tossed in There was never an inventory, boxes numbered, etc by the movers It is deceitful and frankly unbelievable that they would expect the owners to inspect everything people are busy tossing into a garage for damage We were specifically told it would be significantly faster to unload given that we were not having the majority of items moved into the garage and not our homeIn response to have a "small" trailer when they got there That is true We relied on their expertise (which was clearly a big mistake) to know what would be needed to move our belongings We rented the U-Haul at THEIR recommendation After our horrible and very costly experience, I went onto multiple websites only to discover our story told by other "victims" over and over again Our experience is clearly the norm and not the exception Frankly, two thousand dollars won't even begin to cover the cost of replacing the items damaged or missing that we are sure of at this poitheir claim that this dollar amount was not warranted or realistic basically true, my request for a refund should have been significantly higher I was not aware of just how much damage and lost items there were at the time of my initial complaint Based on their response, it sounds as though they believe their fine print somehow eliminates their responsibility for most everything As far as the very vague quote written, it did not even begin to cover what we discussed When I asked about this, I was told "don't worry about that, the move will all be done as discussed" Clearly I should not have taken their word for it, but what has life come to if at some point you can't take a person's word for something and require every little detail in writing? While I will admit that I am not familiar with what it takes to be a member of the Revdex.com, I hope that the Revdex.com will look closely at this company's business practices Consumers like me turn to companies such as the Revdex.com to help guide us in choosing businesses to frequent Unfortunately, this one DOES NOT deserve to belong Sincerely, [redacted]

You have marked my complaint as resolved For this issue to be completely resolved, the business must actually refund the money they said they would It has now been two weeks since it has been “resolved” At what point should I expect to receive these funds?

Dear Revdex.com, It is the hope and aim of All My Sons Moving & Storage (AMS) to provide exceptional service to all of our customers and to act in good faith to resolve any and all complaintsThough I do not believe all statements made in this complaint to be accurate, I am happy to address Mr [redacted] 's desired settlement and work towards a resolution 1) Mr [redacted] has requested a $refund based on the fact that he has two charges on his card Though the initial charge for $was taken as a deposit upon booking and goes towards the total cost of the move, due to the misunderstanding I would be happy to refund Mr [redacted] the $ 2) Mr [redacted] has requested his wall be repaired in his home Upon turning in his claim to AMS Mr [redacted] said he was not worried about the damage to the wallHowever, if he has changed his mind we would also be happy to send out a repairman for that 3) Mr [redacted] has requested AMS to replace his refrigerator door As Mr [redacted] stated AMS has already replaced the refrigerator doorIt is unclear if AMS even caused the initial damage to the refrigerator as no damage was noted to prior to the movers leaving, and Mr [redacted] moved the appliance into position after the movers had already leftThe replacement door was a new door which was installed by an experienced appliance technician who is also employed by AMS This employee spent time trying to find the damage Mr [redacted] is speaking of and was unable to do soAMS has gone above and beyond its moral and contractual obligation and will not replace the refrigerator door a second time Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they did not go over pricing extensivelyWhat they had me sign was just a signature pageThe page I signed did not have any pricing our any information on itIt was simply a signature page

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I contacted [redacted] on May 13th, I told them why the complaint and that I had numerous pieces of furniture that were scratched and damaged along with door frames They agreed to send out [redacted] s to look at it and fix it By May I had not heard anything from All My Sons on the progress of this, so I called and found out that [redacted] was out of town until May, and no one else in the office could help I then called [redacted] , they had received an email from All My Sons, and were going to contact me We set up an appointment for May to have them look and fix the furniture After their review, they felt they had to talk to All My Sons and provide an estimate to fix all the furniture and door frames I have not heard anything from either company since I continue to be frustrated with their service and ability to resolve my issue I was also extremely offended by All My Sons asking me to sign a paper that stated I would retract my complaint and not tell anyone else, ever, about my problems with their company My furniture is still scratched and broken, and my door frames are marked and scraped Thank you!!!Kelley Knowles

[redacted] ***I would first like to again extend my apologies to [redacted] for not meeting her expectations on her moveBelow are a few bullet points to summarize the move and what has already been done, in good faith, to rectify the situation.*My men spent from 9:00am to 4:45pm performing her move plus travel time to and from which is a total of hours.*We Only Billed [redacted] ***s for hours, which is a total deduction of $already taken off her bill[redacted] Even though [redacted] ***s signed documentation agreeing that it was her responsibility to ensure we had everything she wanted on the moving truck prior to leaving, All My Sons took the vast majority of responsibility for going back to get the t.v[redacted] ***s and I spoke many times throughout the dayIn our final conversation we came to an agreement which both parties accepted.It is my opinion that we made a proactive and good faith effort on the day of the move to properly solve this complaint I do not believe it to reasonable to refund an additional $on top of the action already takenHowever, as another step toward trying to resolve this issue, we are willing to refund an additional hour which comes to $Thank You for your help in this matter,All My Sons Moving & Storage
