Do not use this company. Paid $7k for horrible work and stuff left behind. What a nightmare trying to repair stuff once they were gone.

I am a disabled Grandmother and was told to bring a cash deposit before 5 pm ...Have MS and do not drive.. paid $54 for cab. Called company and they waived! NEVER showed up!!! Called. No deposit received.. Small claims court Next!

This move was a perfect example of underdelivering. I was told by Robert, our estimator that “we would not have to lift a finger” in terms of packing or moving. That did not happen to say the least. The movers decided to leave many things behind that we had to come back for that we had communicated in our initial walk through we wanted to include in the move. I called them to figure out a solution to this and both Paul and Chris (the managers) were as useless as the movers, which was entirely telling. During the move, I got called into work so I left, trusting that the promise that everyone would be moved for us would still stand.
When I communicated this to Chris, he offered no solution, no possibility of bringing people to finish what was promised, or even a discount for our inconvenience, his only response was that my fiancé (who was there during the move) should have gone in and double and triple checked that every cabinet and made sure that the movers did what they were supposed to do.
I recognize my fiancé could have done this, but he really should not have had to. We were told we wouldn’t have to do anything, and we had shown the moving crew everything that needed packing, which included all of the things that they decided to leave behind.
By the end of my phone call with Chris, he was not even apologetic about the sloppy quality and service, again showing that mediocrity and unaccountability is at the core of All My Sons

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: Quoted me $2400 and ended up paying $4010. The workers were clearly under the influence of marijuana, and the smell coming out of their truck when they arrived to my new house was unmistakably marijuana. It took them 13.5 hours to move a 2200K sf home and I ended up finishing setting up furniture and told them to leave about 10% of the load in the garage so I can finish it and so they could get out of my house.
The main crew guy/driver named Blake got very defensive when I questioned how long it was taking them. At that point I decided that my wife and two toddlers where more important than fighting over money with someone who I do not know the history of. I also told the estimator my concerns and she did not care at all. Wouldn't even return my calls.
Two weeks later I contacted the local Boulder Branch and their corporate office. They offered me a $200 reimbursement for scratching a dinning table and a desk, but nothing regarding the time it took for obvious intoxication reasons. Oh and by the the way, to receive the $200 I had to sign an agreement saying that I wouldn't post anything on social media or alert local news. As you can guess, I did not sign that agreement. I did give them 3 more opportunities to make it right, but they still didn't and put the blame on me.
If you do go with this company, beware if you get the estimator named Noelle and the main moving guy named Blake. They kept blaming each other for the time that was taking and neither took ownership of their huge mistakes.
Also, I spoke with Ryan ***, who is the GM for the Boulder branch and he apologized profoundly and told me he would take care of everything. Well, when they came back with the $200 offer I called his office to speak with him and the Operations Manager (didn't get his name) would not let me talk to Ryan and said he would handle my call. He then called me a liar and told me that the only thing they could give me is $200.
I gave their corporate office one last chance by emailing their customer care specialist, Krystal ***, and she again apologized and said that a customer manager would call me. That was a week ago, so I decided I gave them enough chances to make it right and it was time for others to know the way they handle business.
When you buy a new house you want to spend as much money on making it your home and a $1600 shift on the budget to moving cost is very upsetting.
DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT, JUST CALL ANOTHER COMPANY. THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY MOVING COMPANIES OUT THERE TO WILLINGLY TAKE A RISK ON THIS ONE.

INCREDIBLY POSITIVE Move Experience with Chris *** and Crew moving our townhouse and storage unit !! Courtesy Call when the two trucks and 6 movers were on the way. Arrived on time . This group was the perfect example of well executed team work!!. Moved our three story townhouse carefully wrapping all furniture and ensuring everything was well covered and ready for travel. Not a moment was wasted. The group Immediately moved to the second location which was the storage unit. Again, incredible team work carefully moving the storage unit contents onto the truck (and there were some difficult pieces) ! The off loading at the end location was again IMPRESSIVE as these folks are a well focused, efficient team !! These folks make this look easy, though I know it is not!! We could not have been more pleased with our experience with All My Sons Moving and Storage/Boulder!!! I would definitely request this crew again for any move. Thank you to everyone that worked with our move and to Noel (sales) for getting all of this coordinated for us.
