I was verbally quoted one price, and they tried to charge me more than triple Until I freaked out and cried, they kindly dropped the price to $ I am a single Mom, I budgeted for $
Their workers were fine and working quickly at first, then slowed to a turtle pace They took a half an hour to eat, and ate my food at my house too! They were also drinking my water and using my ice They complained about the company & the pay They told me to tip them $each

The movers assembled my solid wood table backwards, broke several items, and took double the estimated time to complete the move

The men who moved us worked like menThey were professional, timely, and worked extremely hard to get our move completed in one dayI will recommend All My Son's to my friends and will definitely call them again when we are ready to move!!

On Saturday, Feb we hired this company to move us with minimal furniture (no boxes at all) They showed up with one man that couldn't lift anything and one younger guy that was obviously afraid of his partner They started loading the truck without securing any of the furniture in any way (glass included)They did nothing but complain about the work and how bad it was When they arrived to the final destination and started emptying the truck they dropped items in the front yard, the broke a desk, they got the other part of the desk stuck in the doorway and the older gentlemen told the other guy to "deal with it yourself" They scuffed the walls while trying to get things in We finally had to tell them to just unload the truck and put the furniture in the living room where we had to then end up moving it ourselves in order for no more damage to be done to the house W

Late to complete work, caused issue where boxes had to go back to their warehouseFailure to tell us charges to put boxes in/out of storage
Being out of state we had a relative find a mover to move about boxes from their house to a storage unitArrival window was between and 11am, they arrived at 4pmOur relative unfortunately miscalculated the size unit needed, so we had to pay additional for time over the minimum $quotedThen the new unit still was not big enoughI realize this was not mover's fault but storage place's office was now closed being it was after 6pm, so we couldn't get a bigger unitWe had boxes that would not fit in the unitThe movers said they had to leave since they were past their work hours, but they could take the boxes back to their office to be figured out what to do with the next dayThe next day we called and they said they could store the boxes for $a month, so we said okWith a week to their 15th of month billing day we would pay

We scheduled a move with All Sons Moving in ***, FLThey called days before the move to cancel saying they do not work Sundays

guys - $per hour; and travel charge $ When movers came, they immediately got us signed some papers and the most astonishing one was "waiver" for glass items - meaning - The company will not be responsible if glass items break !! Ther hourly rate we had to sign changed to $(!!!!)We also wanted to store some items into their storage facility and Tampa office told us it will cost $per each store unit per monthThere is no other costAfter items were loaded, Diana called the movers and wanted moneyShe now said, in addition to $for each unit, we'll have to pay $"unload" fee per each storage we use !!!
This was a big surprise to usWhen questioned about it and informed her that Tampa office did not tell about this cost at allShe said she will ask them and call backShe called back and said, she did not get the person who scheduled the move and talked to the ownerShe said if we did not pay that exta "unload" fee per unit right then, they will bring the loaded truck to their facility, lock it and put a lien on us !!!!!
We had some local storage arrangement so we did not use theirThe whole thing is a scam to usWe wonder how in America this can happen??? She or the company is absolutely a fraud and rip offThis is just blackmailing after loading your itemsWe have moved many times in the past, never ever received a threat of "putting lien" Not sure if MsDiana is actually a xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Moved into an Aptfrom a home and driver (Bradley) wife and son showed up at my home to collect a paycheck from him so they could go and pay bills
Asked for tools to do job (screwdriver, tape measure)
Answered phone repeatedly while working
Bradley did only 20% of work He advised that if my son helped it would cut down on cost and time My son said ok (so as to save money) and proceeded to help the other mover (Imen??) He and the mover moved furniture out of the truck and up to the second floor
Bradely was more interested in paperwork, light moving and telling the other mover what to do
Also Bradley damaged a wall while carrying bed rails into a room
At the end of the move, Bradely shook my hand and said, "Well, I saved you and hour" He didn't save me anything - my son did by helping the other mover

On Mon8/6/the movers said they would be at my old home at am, I had to call and was then told the time changed to pmWhen they did show, one complained the entire time, gave me a hard time, I was told they would pack, move and put things togetherThey never did any of that, but rather told my son to help them and he was late to work because of itThen at the new house, they made my boyfriend help unload and dumped all of my stuff in the garage, so we had to lift and move the furniture and I am disabled! Then I was told I would get a refund since we asked if they would help unload our truck and was told "no"! I have yet to recieve that refund per Diane! All My Sons moved my mother on June The movers were very careless,many items were damagedThe 68inch glass top to the dresser was carried by one person(it should have been carried by both movers it was long and cumbersome)and it was broken in the elevatorPer their requirement I sent a notarized request for this item to be replaced along with pictures of the broken glassI waited for a response and did not hear from them until I made repeated calls starting Aug 10th This item will cost me around $100-to replace and they have offered $with a gag order so I cannot tell others of my poor treatmentI have not asked them to fix all the items they damaged only replace the glass top which cannot be fixed

Chris and Dennis were excellent movers, very kind and gentle with our furniture too. I strongly recommend this company and employees to my friends and to the public!
