Telephone response obtained from company as follows:The company stated the only way they would move something outside of furniture is if it were in a sealed box, so they would not have moved the laptop.The company stated the discounted rate they gave the consumer took into consideration fuel cost as well

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. THAT IS COMPLETELY UNTRUE, I NOTICED MY END TABLE MISSING AND CALLED THE SAME DAY RIGHT AWAY AND THEN ONCE I STARTED UNPACKING I NOTICED MY LAPTOP AND HEADPHONES WERE ALSO MISSING, THEY ARE NOT GIVING THE CORRECT INFORMATION BECAUSE I CALLED THE SAME DAY AND ASKED ABOUT MY END TABLE BAXTER SAID HE CHECK THE TRUCK IN AND NOTHING WAS THERETHEN AS I WAS STILL UNPACKING I NOTICED MY LAPTOP AND HEAD PHONES WERE MISSING AS WELLI TOLD HIM WHEN HE ASKED ABOUT ME BEING CHARGED FOR STAYING ON THE PROPERTY AND AS SOON AS I GOT READY TO RESPOND BAXTER SAID "SINCE I WAS DISPUTING THE CHARGE THAT COULDN'T REIMBURSE ME FOR THE CHARGE OF BEING ON THE PROPERTY EITHER WAY IT GOES MY HEADPHONES MY LAPTOP AND END TABLE ARE MISSING AS WELL AS SOME KITCHEN ITEMS...AND THE SERVICE WAS CRAPPY AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! WHAT ABOUT DREW AND THE FUEL CHARGE HE TOLD ME THAT I WOULDN'T BE CHARGED AND I WAS CHARGED FOR THE FUEL...I HAD NO CHOICE THERE WAS NO OTHER MOVING COMPANY AVAILABLE FOR ME TO MOVE THE NEXT DAY TRUST ME I CALLED AROUND!!!! THIS COMPANY SUCKS AS WELL AS THE EMPLOYEESI AM NOT LYING ABOUT ANYTHING THAT I SAID WAS MISSING IF YOU JUST ASKED SOMEONE TO MOVE THAT DAY YOU HAVE NOT DID S BACKGROUND CHECK BECAUSE THEY ALL LOOK LIKE FELONS! I FILED THE POLICE REPORT IN REGARDS TO MY LAPTOP BECAUSE I HAVE VALUABLE INFORMATION ON THAT LAPTOP AND THE HEADPHONES BOTH WERE A GIFT TO ME!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR POOR SERVICE AND THEFT FROM THE EMPLOYEES!!!!

Thank you , we have not received the claims forms yet, however as soon as we do they will be processed in the order they are received. The customer care team has days to process all claims, a settlement form will be mailed to the customer upon his claim being processed

Telephone response obtained from company as follows:The company stated the consumer called 5/26/and a move was set up for 6/1/17The company stated the day of the move they y had issues with their trucks and drivers not showing up so the company was short staffed. The company stated they
called and told the consumer what was happening and asked her can they do the move the next day, the consumer was ok with that. The company stated they knew she was in a tight spot and needed to move. The company stated the next day they were running late again - due to staffing and truck issues.The company stated they called and told her.The company stated they did discount the move before their arrivalThe company stated they quoted the consumer men at a cost of $per hourThe company stated they charged her for men at a cost of $per hourThe company stated the consumer wanted the move for free. The company stated they were supposed to arrive at 10:am and they did not arrive until noon. The company stated the movers met with the consumer and she was obviously upset.The company stated the move was done, the consumer signed the bill of lading, her card was swiped and an imprint of the card was made because the consumer stated she was going to dispute the charge.The company stated when the consumer couldn't do a charge back, it was then that the consumer started saying that items were missingThe company stated the consumer called back the next day stating an end table was missing.The company stated they did try to give her the number to customer care she stated "she did not want that she just wanted money"The company stated they filed a claim for the end table and encouraged the consumer to file a police report. The company stated they were only aware of a end table missing, they first hearing of the other missing items (laptop and headphones) was with the Revdex.com complaint The company states they did state to the consumer if she could provide a receipt for the amount of money they cost her for being on the property longer that they would reimburse her.The company stated that the consumer responded stating "I don't *** have that, you don't know how this *** works do you?"

The deposit has been refunded for $100.00 to card ending in [redacted]

The customers claim has been submitted to be reviewed by upper management, we have processed the customers claim and sent a settlement for our legal liability of $0.60 per pound per article. The review board will decide if a consideration for a higher amount will be deemed necessary, thank you.

Telephone response as follows: The company stated they did a partial pack service and full move for the consumer. The company stated that items were moved from a home to a secured storage facility.The company asked did the consumer file a claim, the company will need a list of the missing...

items. The. company stated the consumer has 90 days to file a claim.

[redacted]hi, well since we keep playing answering machine tag, I want to say.  I don't want to close this case until I settle with the company.  My daughter Lori called last week and they said we would hear soon.  It's 3 weeks more we have been waiting for them to make a decision.  They have mega pictures, mega missing items.  Please don't close my case until I settle with them.  My daughter had to call them, they never called her as promised.  My daughter and I feel they should be getting back to me.  I've received nothing in the mail or No Phone Calls, so I don't Trust them.  I've gone through to much with All My Sons Moving & Storage.  Please keep my case open.
