Mr [redacted] claims to have missing alcholic beverages from his move! Our mutual customer chose the standard cents per pound coverage! I doubled the coverage as a courtesy to the customer of dollars! Mr [redacted] did call me and was a nice man and I told him All My Sons would approve a flat I told Mr [redacted] to let the claims dept know that I agreed to give flat Mr [redacted] called me while I was traveling out of the office, there is no reason to call meHe must go thru the claims deptThen they will call me! Mr [redacted] is not following the claims dept protocol that is set by governing agenciesHe is trying to circunvent the system! All he has to do is call the claims dept tell them [redacted] approved the then they will call me to verify then they will send him the final settlement form! This has to be done the correct way to clise the claim out! We are talking about dollar difference! Does Mr [redacted] really think All My Sons would argue over Even though he is well over valuation! Mr [redacted] is trying to get full coverage without paying the premimum for full coverage! But I chose to give him a settlementNow he has to follow procedire and close the claim lut thru the claims dept! Thanks [redacted]

I did an investigation with [redacted] crew and [redacted] said to customer we were past the stop time by min and that [redacted] said we could keep working but it would be additional charges, customer said never mind and the crew left [redacted] has ben with us for over years and is a good lead mover! We will not refund $$$ for the whole jobThat does not make logical sense as crew only charged for what they did and the time they were there, also we sent a crew out to finish the job! Revdex.com: I would like to reject the offer of Arbitration for complaint ID [redacted] .I firmly stand by each of my complaints But, when you are dealing with an owner like [redacted] it is pointless to try He doesn't care about the customers complaints and aggressively argues against the customer He even outright lies There is no winning there except to get the word out so other consumers don't experience the worst move of their lives Sincerely, [redacted]

All My Sons has tried to go above and beyond for Mrs [redacted] We sent out a repair man whose work she was unsatisfied with At that time we advised her she could pick a contractor of her choice to have the repairs completed She stated she received an estimate for $200-$for the drywall and would be doing the rest herself I advised her I would be willing to pay a contractor to complete all the work as to not waste anymore of her time since that's been a significant issue for her or I would give her $ She demanded the money immediately this past Saturday and I advised her with it being the weekend that couldn't happen Last evening I once again advised her we would have the settlement agreement sent out to her and then the check would be issued Unfortunately Mrs [redacted] has been very difficult in getting her to accept the not only the repairman's work but any agreement we offer her My corporate office even reached out to her with the claims phone number when she submitted her first review on [redacted] Once again AMS will send out a settlement agreement and once it's signed we will issue a check for the agreed amount of $ If Mrs [redacted] has any further concerns we have provided her the claims information and the corporate number

I too am revokung the offer and my final settlement will be as I am giving way over the statute of cents per pound! Mr [redacted] said alcohol was missing from bottles, however, no disrespect to Mr [redacted] as a customer courtesy With no other facts than Mr [redacted] s word that Alcohol was missing from the bottles! I find it odd that he remembers exactly what was in the bottles! I believe I gave him more than a fare offer! He did not follow up on the other ! So we will stay firm on the again it is not the money it is the principal! My liability is cents per pound ie if the bottles total weight was lbs he would be entitled to cents!! thanks [redacted] All My Sons!!!

Ms [redacted] ,We responded to Ms [redacted] about the glass table that it was not left on the truck, It took us 3-days to search as the driver that moved her was not in reach due to vacationMs [redacted] called and we let her know that the glass table top was not in the truck or lost & foundWe proceeded to give her the claims dept # ###-###-####but she hung up on my office repWe will be more than happy to cover the Glass table for $even though she only went with the standard cents per pound per articleAs a customer courtesy we will approve the However, the move is what the move tookThis was a townhome and it was done in hours load & unload total into another townhome! This is well within the industry standard! Please relay message to Ms [redacted] to file claim at above number with her account # [redacted] so we can approve process claim! Dear Revdex.com, I think Mrs [redacted] is confused about the charges, she was explained that there is a hour labor minimum and a hr trip fee all at the man rateso the break down would be hr labor minimum 2hours@3man rate= plus flat 1hr trip fee of (that supplies the truck and protected drive time to get to the job to start and back to the shop when were done, it's a great protection for our customer as if we hit traffic or accident and or weather conditions the customer has a capped fee unlike other movers that charge portal to portal so if they do incur any delays for these two drive portions the customer is liableSo our absolute minimum is 2+1=x 169.00= plus we discounted the ful surcharge to 6% to and she used for a mattress bag as she did not have it properly wrapped to move safelyMaking her total 552.42Yes Mrs [redacted] was correct we were running behind due to previous customers earlier in the day making last min additional stops that they decided to do last minFor the inconvenience we discounted the fuel 6% for a savings of In addition Mrs [redacted] was told that a crew scheduled the 2nd half of the day is normally a to 4:00pm window, however the crew would call hr prior to arrivalWe also tried to accommodate her by if she didn't want to wait, we could move her first thing the next morningShe insisted that she had to be out on SatWe told her she will get moved but that there was a delay!As a customer courtesy we will recommend a discount as a sign of good faithNot that we have to as we have quoted and signed state documentation on the official Bill of laden the exacr charges we told her at time of bookingShe even paid the trip fee of on June that was deducted from the total that was her depositIf she decides to accept oour office please respond and we will make sure she gets her 100.00courtesy refund! What is baffling to our office is that we never got a call when she was filling out the electronic paperwork on the tablet that clearly explains the exact charges prior to starting the job, but we never heard any issue until now???
