NEVERAnd I mean NEVER call these inconsiderate movers to touch, to load, to move, and to unload your stuff! Listen to me before you end up writing a negative review, tooGo with another company, call your friends, call your family, call your coworkers or do it by yourself and never consider them

My mom and I packed up our vacation home in Davie, FLMy mom FLEW IN FROM ARIZONA to help do thisShe had a flight later on that dayMy mom arranged the pibetween 12pm-1pm this past Saturday (12/19)The movers did not come between that timeEach hour after the time slot my mom would call for an update
The operations manager, who cannot operate a thing, would always answer the phone stating he has the answersWHAT ANSWERS??? Every time we asked for an update he would just say they're running lateHe didn't give us an approximate time or anything when they'd be arrivingHe had NO ANSWERS! How are you a manager and don't know what's taking your crew so long and when they'll be on to the next job??? And he would keep telling my mom at the end of each call he'll call her back with an update and NEVER called her back with any update
The movers finally came around 4pm! 4PM!!! Remember I told ya'll my mom flew in town to move the stuff and had a flight later that day? Do you think a woman with a 7pm flight made it to the airport??? NO!!! She had to catch another flightWhich cost what??? MORE MONEY!!! Do you think this company offered anything for the inconvenience??? NO! They just said "sorry" and were never truly remorsefulIt's like when you something just to end the conversation cause you really aren't sorry and couldn't care less because you're still going to be paid either way
Anyways, after they loaded the truck, keep in mind these movers didn't move our electronics and things like that, they said they don't do that so we had to move those items on our own, they met my mom at the storageOnce at the storage, they put a stand in my carWe wanted the stand to come to my new placeBut they didn't load the shelves that came with the stand in my carThey put everything else in the storage and did a less than mediocre job when it came to moving stuff into the storage so that you could actually utilize space to walk in itI ended up moving some of the furniture and made way more space, since I did it NEATLY! Oh yeah, some of the bedroom of the furniture had so many scratches and dings in it to the point where the paint was scrapped offIt looks awful now, but the furniture didn't have a scratch or ding in it when they loaded it on their truck
Now you remember when I mentioned the shelves to the stand were not moved to my car as well? So we've been calling the mover who moved the furniture, his name is Damien, as well as the company to see if they have them on the truck because they're not in the old apartment or the storage roomGuess what they said??? We don't have it and our truck was empty when we leftLIES, FAIRYTALES AND FALLACIES!!!
To chop it up, the experience was awfulThey will ruin your property, not unload everything and claim their truck is empty, be ridiculously late, not give you updates when they state they will and still expect you to pay the full priceThey already have your card information when you reserve the pick-upThey'll mess it all up and you pay for it!
Now that's the end of story timeDO NOT MESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE FULL OF IT!!!

I wish I would have looked at all of the unhappy customer comments on their Facebook page prior to using this company. Everything went great until they got our $7200 (having customers pay in full prior to the move is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. You should pay half prior and the other half upon delivery). Once they had our money, it was next to impossible to get a hold of anyone at this company. I don't think it should be the customer contacting the company to confirm the moving day. We told this company that we needed our items delivered on Tuesday, but after the fact they claimed we told them Wednesday. Why would we tell them Wednesday when my husband was to start his new job in a new state that?! So we had to pay for another night in a hotel and more meals out, after already being on the road for two days. We have 3 children under the age of 4 and two large dogs so it was not an ideal situation for the day our things were to arrive with my husband gone. No one in the company would take responsibility for the screw up with the move-in date. Everyone blamed someone else, transferred my phone calls to another department, etc. But why would they care? They already had their money and it wasn't their things! It was very frustrating. The movers themselves were very inefficient and took all day to pack and then unpack. We have used other movers in the past and they took half that time. They did not wrap and pack things properly so lots of our furnitures have dents and scratches. An entire box of kitchen utensil and gadgets is missing (the movers packed our kitchen), so we have had to replace about $350 worth of items. One of my decorative mirrors is missing and the mover is no longer answering my phone calls or texts regarding it. I wish he would just respond that they broke it (or whatever the heck happened to it) so I am not tearing apart my new house in vain looking for something that does not exist. This mirror is irreplaceable so now I only have two instead of 3. I could go on and on with all of the screw ups that occurred while using this company, but what's the use? You can tell from their Facebook reviews that they don't really give a crap about customer service once they get your money.
