This company is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with They have either lost, stolen or misappropriated nearly $worth of personal items on a move from Massachusetts to Florida They rarely responded to inquiries and they did not follow through on their promise to deliver items that they said they found (emailing me pictures of my items) Calls to the GM resulted in "I'm sorry, but we've search high and low and cannot find your items" This is AFTER they emailed me with description and pictures of my items that they had located Additionally, some of my items that did initially arrive arrived damaged, some of my boxes were opened, rifled through and contained household items of OTHER customers' How did that happen? They have failed to pick those items up and deliver them to the customers that they belong to Unethical, unprofessional, poor customer service

Although it didnt go as planned, overall, I had a great experience with them. They were more than helpful and always got back to me in a timely manner.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. July 30th, 2015 movers scheduled for an afternoon pickup. They showed up after 6 PM. Move did not complete until 1:30 AM. Additional problems that occurred during move:

1. Damaged furniture
2. They broke their dolly when they tried to move my piano. Had to come back the NEXT day to move. Manager told me I was "lucky" they didn't charge me for a second day of moving.
3. They did major damage to a wall in my new home. They sent out a guy a week later to repair holes. HORRENDOUS repair job. Contractor showed up 2 hours late, was at my home for 3+ hours, left at one point to get touch up paint, saying he would be back in 20 minutes - one hour later he finally decides to return. Dirty and unprofessional representative of their company.

Emailed pictures of sloppy repair job to ALL MY SONS "manager" Ray W., who is lackluster and could care less, told me since my husband signed a form acknowledging completion, there is nothing they can do. A big middle finger to an unhappy customer.
BEWARE OF ALL MY SONS. They are not in the business for the customer, which they will repeatedly tell you on the phone. Do not use! Spend the extra dollar and hire a reputable company who knows what they are doing and will look out for YOU and not their own pockets.

I would never use All My Sons Moving again. I had a desk broken in half, a hutch that was broken with the desk, a secretary desk's front panel was broken off which connects the leg to the secretary, 2 drawers for my platform bed were broken, an antique magazine rack's legs were broken off and the main area where the magazines are supposed to sit was broken, not to mention various items that were lost. I would expect a few nicks/scratches on items, but these items are completely un-usable. I did not buy the "extra" insurance but isn't it their commitment (according to their advertising) that they will take care of my belongings and handle with care?? I believe they did not live up to their end of the my contract. They only will reimburse me $220 for everything. They did not send anyone to my home to even LOOK at my items or even offer to fix my broken items. ogle Maps

DO NOT use this company. Unresponsive, broke several of my irreplaceable antique items, lost at least 6 of my things. Office staff doesn't have clue and lies about what they discussed with you..e.g. saying they discussed offering insurance when NO mention of it was ever made. They were late repeatedly, didn't show on others, said they would be out at a certain time, when they hadn't even left their shop at the latest time they said they would arrive and didn't bother (several times) with a phone call. I have moved 5 times in 4 years, so know how to pack things (I've NEVER had anything damaged, not even a glass broken until I used them) and they've broken pictures, tables, packed things. Tried to give me some other persons UNWRAPPED DIRTY mattress instead of my own...the list goes on and on... I have found them uncooperative, unresponsive and plain old rude. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them. Don't believe their ads...totally deceptive

Don't believe the hourly quote they give you! Instead of sending 3 experienced men, they sent 3 inexperienced boys to do my local move from [redacted] to [redacted] I had the townhouse packed when they arrived. It took them 4 hours to load the truck!! Upon arrival at my new home, the driver ask for final payment before delivery. He estimated that it would take another 4 hours to unload. That's [redacted]. They added a 15% fuel surcharge and applied that to the entire bill (labor) instead of the miles. And, they added a "trip charge" that was never discussed. I was aware of the 30 minutes drive to/from charge but not a "trip charge" that was excessive. They didn't put the boxes in the rooms clearly identified on the boxes which left me trying to move them myself over this last week. And finally, the furniture that they took apart and put back together is wobbly and not done correctly. Now, I'll have to hire a handyman to put it together right. Don't use All My Sons in Fort Myers, FL. You'll regret it!!!
