  Are you serious? The chair? It's not only about the chair! You want me to spend more time to bring it and get repaired and I bet you will not reimburse me! You're a fraud.   It's not just the chair, it's the piano, missing mirror, poor customer service, fuel charge, misleading, broken sprinkler heads, real estate sign down and your crew leader forcing me to sign 4 hours before completion of the job.  My friend and my family are both witness's.    Stop harassing me or reimburse me $1,800 total for everything above.  I'm taking this to a small claims court because I don't want anyone else to be mislead by your company      It explains why your client rating is only 1 star

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be somewhat satisfactory to me.  However, I would have liked to be reimbursed more. I was only prepared to pay for an additional 2 hours- a total of 4 hours. And I had to piece together the rest, which was hard because I knew my financial situation and I knew I could have gone with someone much cheaper.  Having to pay $1,116.23 wiped me out financially, especially having rent for December/purchase boxes and packing supplies and I had other expenses. And it was also the Holidays and because of this bill, I was not able to purchase Christmas gifts.  Also I would have liked to have been reimbursed for the fuel charge and wrapping charge because I was not told about them up front when I was quoted the fees.

I am sorry for the experience with your relocation.The overall move was 9 hours and we billed you for 7.5 hours.A $216.00 discount has already been applied and I am willing to credit the additional $134.00 back. Rob [redacted]

I show that this deposit was refunded on [redacted].  The refund will show up on her card statement but it takes several business days for her bank to process it.

moves we quote an hourly rate from start to finish plus a one time trip charge equal to the hourly rate. Once the job is scheduled, 24-48 hours prior to the move date we reach back out to confirm dates, addresses and give another explanation of charges. On move day prior to the move beginning we have the customer review and sign or initial all terms and conditions.  I have attached the bill of lading and the terms and conditions with all rates and how charges are totaled.   I am not sure how [redacted] is affiliated with this relocation, but we feel we have done nothing more than fulfill the contract. I am not sure of where the disputed amount of $520.00 comes from, even if this move took the labor minimum of (2) hours the price would have been $425.70.  The actual time it took to load and go to (2) different addresses after that was 4.50 labor hours.   As a measure of good faith we would like to offer a $100.00 refund in order to resolve this compliant.   Rob [redacted]

The company agreed to refund to me $139.00.  They said they would credit that to my credit card.  The problem is they have not sent me by email a copy of the bill showing charges or that the refund occurred.I need that copy and confirmation the refund was credited to my credit card.  [redacted]

I understand the customer wants full replacement however they did not purchase additional insurance from a 3rd part or elect full value protection. There is only so much we can do as a company. I would like us to look into getting the legs repaired on the chair? Does the customer know of a...

restoration firm they would be comfortable with? if not we will use a vendor of our choosing.

I believe this response of "rejection" is incorrect, the customer has stated she will be working with Deb [redacted] on her claim, I believe this complaint should be closed.
