All My Sons did not pack the dishes, we did not inspect or view them prior to the move, therefore we are not liable for damagesWe addressed the items we are liable for at our obligation of $per pound per article

[redacted] - day moveDay was pac [redacted] - went perfect, requested the same crew come back on Day because they were awesomeDay - the actual move itselfDay 2, to our knowledge was going great, no complaints, crew was perfect, no damages etcAwesome! [redacted] calls Days after the completion of his move to let [redacted] know it was the "worst damn experience" he's ever been throughThere was all sorts of s [redacted] left behind at his house and we don't know what we are doing and royally screwed everything up [redacted] heard him out, put him on speaker phone in order for me to listen in and be able to fact check against his claims that our estimator missed the bid by 1000s of pounds(Estimator was on point and even let him know that he was over one truck load) [redacted] had confirmed when on site that the guy was loo [redacted] at 10,000-11,lbs which would constitute it being a two truck loadMevlin and his crew finished the first load at 3:15pm, they called in ran the charges and [redacted] paid with hesitationNo complaints, nothingMove seemed to have gone perfectdays later (reference above), calls complaining about [redacted] and the companyWe apologize but explained that the gentlemen were prepared to go back and finish the move that day with a second loadAt this time [redacted] informs [redacted] that he told them they were not going to do a second load and that he was out of timeat 3:PMstated he had to give possession of the house to the new owners that afternoonWe had no knowledge that he needed to be out of his house and that we were on time constraintsHad we known, we would've let him know that would be an issue considering he was two loadsBut at no point during the estimation, as well as the confirmation call did he inform us of his time constraintWe offered the second load, we were prepared to do a second load and finish the entirety of that move that day, however Mr [redacted] sent the crew on their way and CHOSE not to have us perform that second load We are not a fault in any way, shape or formWe completed the move in the manner the customer would allow us toHe chose to send the crew on it's way and chose to get that uhaul truck to complete the move himself

The safety and fleet department will address the septic tank by submitting it to our insurance carrier

"day of the move, [redacted] offered to keep the two loads within the same cost of the estimateOnce we got the first load completed, she decided to send them on their way after the completion of the first load despite the fact *** offered for us to get the second load for the same exact price - if we had to eat the extra cost, we would for our estimators mistake." "She again, decided to sign the acknowledgement and send them on their way." "Also want to note on the day of the move the guys had all the proper protection materials for the floors, doors and bannistersHer husband decided to leave work for hours on his own time to get more floor protection (which was completely unneeded) and lay it down at the new place before the guys were finished with the first loadNow he wants to say we didn't have floor protectionEach and every truck is equipped with 3-Floor Runners & if we need more protection we lay down pads/mirror cartons as needed." "Even when we did miss the estimatewe still offered to go above and beyond (keep in mind this conversation was with his wife, not him, he never answered our calls or responded to voicemails on the day of) and complete the entire move(2ND TRIP) essentially free or charge and within the given estimate." "She sent the guys on their way and said do not worry about the second load." "We told her we would not charge over the estimate for OUR mistakeWe apologized, we went above and beyond, we attempted to do everything we had to, to make it right on the day of the move." I would also like to note that she acknowledged several times to [redacted] over the phone that the guys had floor runnersShe explicitly let us know that they took one of the floor runners and cut it in half to angle around a hallway for herThe guys were also instructed to use pads and/or mirror cartons If they ran out of the floor runners they were equipped with and Mrs [redacted] requested the extra coverage

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: All My Sons Moving offered $168.80, I find that amount to be ridiculous considering every box the company packed had multiple damaged items, and all the antique furniture had damage or was broken I believe any reasonable person would agree when they hire a professional packing service they expect belongings to be wrapped with padding and placed in boxes, not just piled in loose as All My Sons did I also believe any reasonable person would agree it's negligent to release all the tie downs in a moving truck then back down a steep hill causing the entire contents to fall overI have offered to negotiate with All My Sons but they are not willing and continue to offer $ Due to that I have sent the same photos of the damage that were provided to All My Sons Moving to my attorney, they can expect contact from the law firm in the next few weeks Regards, [redacted] ***
