BREAK YOUR THINGS AND NOT WANT TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE AND THE QUOTED ONE PRICE AND IT WAS $500.00 MORE I AM NOW DUE TO GO IN COURT TRYING TO GET MY MONEY FOR THE DAMAGE THINGS AND FOR THE MOVE I NEVER HAD THIS MOST TROUBLE THE LIE TO YOU AND THE PLAY GAMES WITH YOU AND THEIR CLAIM DEPT. IS THE BIGGER JOKE OF ALL THEY BROKE MORE THAT $2500.00 WORTH OF STUFF AND SOMEOF THE THINGS LIKE A BRAND NEW LEATHER SECTIONAL THAT WA $1200.00 THEY WANTED TO GIVE US $500.00 TO SETTLE NOT COUNT A 92 YEAR OLD CREST THAT MY GREAT GRANDFATHER MADE MY GREAT GRANDMOTHER FOR THEIR WEDDING DATE THEY LAUGHED ABOUT IT. THERE WAS SERVERAL THINGS THAT CAN'T BE REPLACED THE PEOPLE ARE DEAD AND THEY WERE TO BE PASS TO MY KIDS AND NOW NOTHING BUT A LAUGH. I JUST DON'T ANYONE TO GO THOUGHT THIS SO PLEASE DON'T HIRE THEM.

If Negative Stars were an option, it would've been a NEGATIVE 5 STARS. This Company is absolutely the WORST. Hired them to move my 1 bedroom apartment to a Storage Unit a year ago, and it took 5 hours to complete. While getting my things out of storage, I was able to see all the damage caused by this Janky Company and believe me, there was ALOT. Please, never use this company. They will take full advantage of you and your situation if you are a female or they notice your luxury car.. I wouldn't hire them to move my trash to the curb, let alone touch my personal things. This company is a complete joke. Let this Review change your mind about moving forward with them and CANCEL any upcoming jobs as well. Total LEMON company.

I called All My Sons and set up an appointment to move on a Saturday morning. I was selling my house and was closing on Monday so the timing was critical...I paid a deposit and felt confident with the service because everyone I had spoken with appeared so nice. I received 2-3 calls and 2 emails comfirming the service date throughout the week and discussed all the items I was moving. On the day of the move I called because I was told the day prior that I would be the second job of the day - when I called early Saturday morning, I was told that no ETA could be given. I waited until a little past noon and called again and was told that the movers were in the middle of a job but once again would call me an hour before they headed out. I patiently waited and around 5 I decided to call back, I spoke to Alex at the Carrollton, TX location and he advised he would get in contact with the movers and call me back in 5 mins. After 15 mins I called again because I was pretty anxious at this point and Alex advised no one would be coming out .... no apology no empthay - just rude! After several minutes, Alex then stated he would have someone out first thing Sunday and when I asked for an ETA he couldn’t provide one. I became very upset and Alex became very argumentative, after several minutes he finally admitted no one would be coming out on Sunday either and it would be Monday (again no ETA). This company is the worst company I have ever encountered with the rudest manager I have ever spoken to as a consumer! I should’ve done more research - look at their yelp reviews, it’s horrific! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We moved 3/20/19 from Louisville, KY to Clarksville, TN. Extremely disappointed in the service.
They took the "back roads"??? from Louisville to Clarksville, so by the time the truck arrived at our new home and they opened up the doors our household goods were falling out of the door and whatever was not tied down (which wasn't much) had fallen over and was a jumbled up mess! Every piece of our furniture has been nicked, gouged and scratched. Our TV cabinet has a broken corner and they broke the door on a microwave cabinet. The movers were not very experienced and seemed at times to be indecisive about how to go about moving certain pieces of furniture. They didn't use any moving blankets (I guess those cost extra) to use as padding and they certainly did not have clue how to properly pack the moving truck.
Please think twice before using All My Sons Moving & Storage they are not worth it!

We moved 6/30/18 which was a total disaster. They arrive 6 hrs late, then had the nerve to want a tip; upon arrival they destroy an *** wire from post to house.. By the end of the move they manage to destroy two flat screen tv's (65" Samsung and 52" Mitsibishi). Filed a claim and instead of getting something close where we can replace the TV's, they offer $60. *** can you do with $60 on two TVs less than 2 yrs old.
Being military we have moved everywhere with a few mishaps but at least they own up to their mistakes. They don't rip you offer with the move prices and then add insult by not even giving the money to replace the TVs they damaged.

Don’t use All my sons moving and storage at 8035 Dixie Hwy in Louisville ky. I called to get a quote on moving I asked a lot of questions to make sure everything was covered no hidden fees they gave me a quote with a 2-5 hour time period the price was $690.00 once they delivered my furniture the price changed to $ 1,200. The driver told me they moved someone the week before and the same thing happened to that person All my sons moving is a ripoff

I too was not happy with my experience with ALL MY SONS. I was downsizing so I didn't have a lot of furniture. I was in a 3 bedroom house with only 2 bedrooms of furniture. No couch or chair. Only 3 small end tables and coffee table. Only moved washer dryer. Instead of taking laundry room door off of hinges to be sure to get items out without problem he came barreling out of laundry room with washer and scratched the door. I had to paint the door as they were still loading!. My kitchen appliances did not go. So my thing is they could not get all of my stuff on one truck? I had things in garage but not a lot. I told Danny the Boss, this was unexceptable. I'm like saying why didn't they load furniture first then boxes. He said he had talked to his guy and it was my fault because I had open boxes and they could not stack. Which to me was stupid. Why didn't the guy tell me hey we can't load these until the tops are closed!!!. Nothing was said. They couldn't take my plants, cleaning supplies, several things. That just made my car a mess. I was already stressed because I had to make sure they were done by 12:15 so I could go to my first closing. and 2 nd one was at 2:30. It was not professional movers by no means. they were basically 3 kids. maybe 18 to 20! So my realtor had to ask the people buying my house if it would be ok with them for me to come back to get rest of my stuff out of garage. They were great!.
Oh and plus they didn't have any TOOLS with them. They had to use mine.
That's professional! So I ended up helping to empty my old garage because the new owners had a carpet cleaner there and he was done and we were blocking him. He even helped plus the owner that was there helped. One of the movers was just non chalant taking his time. And they got lost the first time they were bringing my furniture to new place. I called Danny and informed him they called me an hour ago to get info and I told them to call back if they needed. I told him I'm not paying for that hour, and he said oh no they actually went in a diff. direction, no you won't have to pay . But i'm sure in the end I did. Because I had to pay by hour as long as they still had my stuff on truck. 9:00 to I don't even know the time now. I was so upset with this company. When your moving you don't need all this stress!. So in the end I do have scratches on some items. I don't feel they took detail in covering furniture or moving it or anything really. They were not careful. In placing my curio cabinet next to grandfather clock and trying to get it to stand against wall he almost knocked over the grandfather clock.We had to yell for him to stop.
They used my tools and didn't make sure they got back to tool box. just left on floor. I did give them tips but only because it was hot and they did work. But I WOULD NO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

On April 23, 2018, I called My Sons Moving and Storage to inquire about using this company for my move. Customer service seemed very nice and professional but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone because they lied about the time they arrived and departed. The mover’s got lost and called me to find out where my house was located at 1:50 p.m. and they didn’t arrive until 2:15 p.m. But the invoice that they sent me stated that they arrived at 2:00 p.m. and they charged me starting at 2:00 p.m. They also did the same thing with the time that they completed the move. They intentially set it up to use more than the 2 hour rate in order to charge an additional fee to get more money out of me even though it wasn’t a house full of furniture. I called to dispute the time line of services and the charges and spoke to the manager who was very rude and a customer care rep who didn’t help the situation at all. Lesson learned! DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING AND STORAGE COMPANY!!!

Thieives. Damage property. Don't finish job. Very unprofessional. Majority of time with hired third man is on laptop attemting customer signing to pull liability from.business. Stole hundreds from my 80 year old dad. Left damaged furniture and property. Even got truck stuck in driveway and billed him for the wrecker. Told him that they wanted cash for 240 more. When he went to the bank before. closing. They left after throwing items to empty truck. They took 3 expensive items for ransom. I went and paid them and explained the incidents.I was told they would send a different crew to resolve in about an hour. Never showed. They also tried to not give a receipt to my dad for 900 and me for 240. These people are thieves. The try to get you to sign a laptop that you cannot sue them. Stay away.
