All My Sons Moving & Storage of Murfreesboro, Inc.

I moved on August 11th of and I can say I was very impressed with this moveWhen the office called to set the time for my move I was concerned with it being too late in the day, much to my surprise they were able to get to my home first thing on the day of the moveThe two men were greatThey handled my items with care and packed the truck the best they could to avoid damage to any itemsThe quote was close to what I paid, having a staircase always slows things down but they worked their butts off to get the job doneI would highly recommend this company for your moving needs!

This was the worst experience we have had using movers The boys they sent to move our furniture were totally unprepared, they had no tools to do anything with, they were hap hazzardly taking furniture from all over the house and loading it then when they delivered to the new house they were just throwing the furniture anywhere I had several items damaged We were told to use only one truck and four men since we were only moving 1/mile down the road We were told it would be cheaper What a joke.....the quote did not come close to the actual amount billed and we still had to get a uhaul and move a good deal of our possessions ourselves To top it off, one of the boys ( or maybe there were all in on it) stole from us I would never recommend this company to anyone and I'm extremely sorry that I used themTo say that it was a bad experience is an understatement They were supposed to take off at least an hour for the time they spent for lunch and breaks The final bill did not reflect that reduction and I'm still waiting on the credit to be issued

My husband and I used All My Sons Moving & Storage of Murfreesboro and we felt they were EXCELLENT!!! It was a two man crew - Antonio and Allen and they worked together like they have been doing it all of their lives. We felt that they were very efficient, fast and a great team. We would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They are also alot cheaper then the other moving companies around Murfreesboro. GREAT JOB Antonio and Allen.

I have used quite a few different moving companies, however this particular All My Sons location/franchise is by far two notches above the others in terms of Customer Service. The two owners did a great job confirming the details and following up and the two young men ([redacted] & [redacted]) that actually completed the move were polite, respectful of me and my property and most of all quick and consistent.

My movers, [redacted], and [redacted] were amazing. They moved me and my family in no time! I will be using this company again!!

All staff was polite professional careful and hardworking. They were terrific.

We moved on Saturday, August 8th, from one side of Murfreesboro to the other. Was told they would send one truck and 4 trained workers. The rate was $159 per hour. The men were polite, came early and got to work. We also rented a Uhaul van to take boxes and made several runs. After the truck was loaded, we were told they couldn't get everything on, and would have to come back, plus they had to wait for the driver to come and drive the truck as they can't do it! Moving everything into the house and garage was a mess..did not take the sofa to the room upstairs even though I reminded them 3 times. There was a 24" scratch on the kitchen table, gough in the wall by the stairs, scratched chairs. No one bothered to tell me about these things, and no apology from the office. I definitely would not recommend this business, and I question how trained the employees really are.

I called All My Sons in Nashville as I had a great experience with them. They passed this move to Murfreesboro and we were sent 3 men. They had no clue what they were doing and my daughter told me after they left that she had to help with the move. They were very inexperienced and two of the three could not handle the furniture very well. They left the house with pieces not put back in place and totally wrong. We had to take beds apart and reinstall, shelving had to be put back in hutch and entertainment centers, just to name a few. Large holes were put in the wall going up the stairwell as two young men could not handle the weight. I would not recommend the Murfreesboro group to anyone. The guys were very respectful but took way too much time and the truck was too small to handle our job. Over all, negative but recommend the Nashville branch. Had I known what was going on at the home they were moving from, I would have stopped the moved.
