All My Sons Moving & Storage of Murfreesboro

We moved on Saturday, August 8th, from one side of Murfreesboro to the other Was told they would send one truck and trained workers The rate was $per hour The men were polite, came early and got to work We also rented a Uhaul van to take boxes and made several runs After the truck was loaded, we were told they couldn't get everything on, and would have to come back, plus they had to wait for the driver to come and drive the truck as they can't do it! Moving everything into the house and garage was a mess..did not take the sofa to the room upstairs even though I reminded them times There was a 24" scratch on the kitchen table, gough in the wall by the stairs, scratched chairs No one bothered to tell me about these things, and no apology from the office I definitely would not recommend this business, and I question how trained the employees really are

My husband and I used All My Sons Moving & Storage of Murfreesboro and we felt they were EXCELLENT!!! It was a two man crew - Antonio and Allen and they worked together like they have been doing it all of their livesWe felt that they were very efficient, fast and a great teamWe would recommend this company to anyone and everyoneThey are also alot cheaper then the other moving companies around Murfreesboro GREAT JOB Antonio and Allen

I called All My Sons in Nashville as I had a great experience with them They passed this move to Murfreesboro and we were sent men They had no clue what they were doing and my daughter told me after they left that she had to help with the move They were very inexperienced and two of the three could not handle the furniture very wellThey left the house with pieces not put back in place and totally wrong We had to take beds apart and reinstall, shelving had to be put back in hutch and entertainment centers, just to name a few Large holes were put in the wall going up the stairwell as two young men could not handle the weight I would not recommend the Murfreesboro group to anyone The guys were very respectful but took way too much time and the truck was too small to handle our job Over all, negative but recommend the Nashville branchHad I known what was going on at the home they were moving from, I would have stopped the moved

I have used quite a few different moving companies, however this particular All My Sons location/franchise is by far two notches above the others in terms of Customer Service The two owners did a great job confirming the details and following up and the two young men ( [redacted] & ***) that actually completed the move were polite, respectful of me and my property and most of all quick and consistent
