RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me in the fact that I received a refund, however, there was... not any type of responsibility taken for the hidden fees, nor any type of recompense for bailing out on a move. Thank goodness I received the refund. I pray that the company will become more transparent, and change their business practices. I had time to find another mover, if someone was depending on them to move and was needed to be out on the day of the move it would be very inconvenient for that person.
