This customer was originally scheduled for last Friday When we attempted to confirm the move, she told us she wasn’t sure if she would be able to move on Friday and asked us to call her Wednesday We tried to call Wednesday and Thursday and got no response So we did not schedule her for Friday She finally called us back on Friday morning At that point we changed the day to Saturday We ended up sending men instead of as one called in sick We adjusted the rate to the man rate The move took hours which considering she had a multi-story townhouse with an additional stop on the way to destination She keeps referring to hours which is what the minimum would have been The packing materials she is referring to are the standard tape, shrinkwrap and mattress bags Thanks
