Regards,The location/branch in Spring, TX is a very unethical and shady company I was mislead into a bomb laden contractI have paid 1900$ for a move from a two bedroom apartment to another two bedroom maybe minutes away in the same zipcodeAfter going to *** post experience we see that dozens of other people have the exact same reviews Dominique of this branch yelled at my mother and I and this is definitely not acceptableIf this is not something the Revdex.com can assist with then I will take other measures

We are currently working with our customer towards a resolution. We sent the TX Acknowledgement letter and an settlement offer on November 25, 2014. After both the letter and the offer were returned by us mail service,
I contact [redacted] by phone and by email to get a new address where these could be sent too. I spoke with [redacted] who advised the address was correct
we had a wrong zip code. This is a brand new home. Both were then resent out on December 9, 2014. We have not received any calls or emails since this date.

Good afternoon, our customer care team has sent a claims packet to our customer so he mile file his claim/complaint. He customer care team member is [redacted] he can reach her directly at [redacted]1

We have worked everything out with the customer, thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.

This customer moved with us in September of 2015, we have not heard from the customer since October of 2015, a settlement offer was sent to the customer in October 2015 for $162.00. This claim/complaint has been closed due to no response from the customer. In an effort of good faith we will increase the offer to $200.00

The customer refused to pay for the move, we had to bring her items back to our facility due to non-payment, the customer came to our facility, we had to call the police for assistant due to the confrintational nature of the customer, everything has now been worked out, the customer is going to pay for the services we have provided.

The movers them selves were ok. They were suppose to be at our residents between 8:30 and 9:00 AM on a Monday, around 8:45 am received a call from the driver that they would be 3 to 4 hours late and was told it was due to the weather the night before. After they arrived around 1 pm the driver went over the contract and said that they accept cash or credit cards only. I transferred money from my checking account to another credit card ( enough to cover the bill for the move) and asked the driver at that time what happens if the amount available is not there when he tries to run credit card? His answer was it should be ok but he didn't know what his boss would say. As he just finished watching me transfer the money. I signed contract and they began with packing and the move. Finished packing and loading the truck, then drive to new residence almost 10 miles. At new residence they got the truck parked and before they started to unload, the driver asked me for payment, he was on the phone with his office and the card had insufficient funds due to the transfer had not gone through yet. So the driver asked if I had an other credit card. I said no and he was talking to his boss by now. His boss wanted to talk to me. I got on the phone and he asked if I had an other card to use? I told him no and that his driver watch me transfer money to that card. He said that didn't matter. What mattered was the insufficient funds and told me that if I couldn't pay that night that the driver was to take the truck and all its contents back to the yard over night until the payment cleared. But if the driver had to do that, it would be double the price if they had to come back the next day! So I was looking at a bill of 2600.00 at that point. Then was told they take debt cards also. So again I transfer money from saving to checking account, just so as not to be charged with double the amount owed. Than all was fine with them, the movers finished the job they started. I will never use this company again!!!!!! The management SUCKS!!!!!! If I could get less stars I would!!!!!!

However the last message I received, was only a response from All My Sons, I was not aware that action was required on my part at that time.   While All My Sons has made an attempt to resolve the matter, their resolution was not at all satisfactory considering the damage that was done. We are still currently working with them on a resolution, however, the matter has not at this point been resolved.    Thank you,

We received the customers information on 6/17/15, we have 30 days to process a claim. Our customer has a dedicated customer care representative that he is working with.

We spoke with the company the day of the move and we did not get a resolution at that point which resulted in the Revdex.com complaint.  Calling customer care will not resolve the issue.

We quote all moves on an hourly basis, a full rate is not given over the phone. The customer might have been advised what the minimum charge could be, however we charge on an hourly basis, after the 3 hour minimum is reached, we then charge by every 15 minutes. We are sorry if there was any...
