The worst experience and customer service I have had with a company. First off they arrived 45 minutes later than the scheduled time. They took their time loading up the truck and rode the clock to the point where their managers had to call them to hurry it up. Even though the manager contacted the movers it still took them 8 hours to complete the move and we moved no more than 3 miles away. It gets better, they carelessly knocked over our 65’ Samsung TV. This tv was less than two years old and they offered only $250 to replace it. After a month of non returned phone calls they offered $325 which still doesn’t cover any kind of reasonable TV. A customer should not have to go in the red/negative for trusting a moving company with their belongings. They shouldn’t have to hire a lawyer to read through their moving paperwork to ensure they will be compensated appropriately for any damages property.
