Overcharged and did not do a good job
Did not come to look at what we needed to have moved and did not tell us until too late all our furniture would not fit in the POD we had delivered. They also did not use our moving supplies (bubble wrap, furniture blankets and tape) and charged us for providing them when we had all of this stuff left over. When we tried to unload our belongings in another state we could not get the POD open because the furniture was not tied down and had shifted. A chair had jammed the door. We called them and they told us too bad and nothing they could do. Thankfully the movers were able to pull out our mattress that was up against the door, crawl into the POD and unjam the door. Unbelievable and what a nightmare. I DO NOT recommend them at all.

Overcharged my mom told her to buy them burger King ate the burger King on the job took their sweet time and took advantage over my mother disability.

This company ruined my brand new fridge during moving and storage and returned it all beat up with dents and scratched and we sent them a copy of the purchase w/price and store we bought it from, plus pictures of the refrigerator. We had some boxes smashed in and a few other broken items, but we only asked for the refund for the fridge.

They took a month to get back to us and offered to pay $180 for a refrigerator that cost over $2500. So we have a refrigerator we can't use. Just informed channel 13 about this situation also. We are good Christian people who believe people will do the right thing and were surprised this company didn't. How can they get away with this?

Use at your own risk
1. The original minimal estimate was more than $700 less than actual price the day of the move.
2. We agreed to 3 movers but were sent 4 and charged as such, even though he was being trained. The Bill of Lading states 3 men, clear as day.
3. We were charged while they were eating lunch.
4. We were charged for items that we did not use. Shrink wrap and mattress bags.
5. My bed and my dresser were broke during move.
6. One hole in wall, scuffed up stairwell, and door frame in condo.
7. Box marked fragile, lamps, clearly, was flipped upside down and broke.
Now we called the day of the move when we got the final bill of $1335, spoke with Chad, he didn't want to hear it. So then one of the movers gave us an office number and a customer cr. We called the following day and spoke with Ace and he said he was not in the position to do anything about the bill.
The move day was the 29th, the condo had to be immaculate by the 31st to get deposit back, so we paid to repair all damage to condo.
Hurricane Dorian was knocking on our doors during this time, so we did not get back to Chad until September 6th to see if we could recoup some of our money and the answer was Yes, $34, will be refunded to you for the shrink wrap.
Chad absolutely needs to have his listening ears in place while speaking with customers.
I never give a bad review unless I truly feel taken advantage of.
A two bedroom condo moving 15 miles into a house ended up costing $1335!
Taking supposedly four men five hours to move one bed, one futon, five dressers, desk, couch, loveseat, rocker, all previously packed and labeled boxes. Not even a dining room set.
Now mind you, the same company moved my friends two bedroom condo 5 miles to another two bedroom condo for $500. That's why we used them.

Do not bother giving them any personal information! They basically sell it! I have been harrassed by their moving company multiple days past my move. They keep saying they'll remove me off their call list yet I como the yo receive at least five phone calls, emails, text messages throughout the day pressuring me to do their move. They act super sweet, super Christian, but are super sneaky! Randy from customer service hung up on me because I was complaining about the constant harassment. Did not even bother to try and resolve the issue.

I'm currently still battleling it out with these pretenders. Under estimated the amount ot trucks needed, blamed me and then charged me an additional $450 for the truck the next day while I was driving back to Kissimmee. Never a mention prior to the truck needing to be there. The drivers shake you down by saying they get paid minimum wage. Upon unpacking many boxes not labled with contents. Several items such a glass lamp shades cracked and on & on. Filed a compaint with the of Central Florida where they agreed to credit my card with the $450. Tried to go back on the agreement so I called the credit card company. They credited my account then removed it saying they never agreed to the said settlement. I had to send documentation from the complaint that I filed. The cc company placed the credit back on my account pending review. Let me tell you in my 71 years I never hired such a bush league outfit as these " PRETENDERS". Scott needs t get customer service training and Walter ( the estimator ) is a con job on legs. After reading this review judge for yourself but remember the complaint was valid enough for the to follow through with my case.

I called in to get an estimate for moving AND storage (needed for at least 3-4 months) of all my household property, the woman from the Orlando branch took all my info down spending a long time on the phone with me even went so far as to tell me they couldn't accommodate all of our household property even for the storage, but we were willing to use them anyways. Several days went by and I didn't get the estimate so I called back in and this time I spoke to a man and he proceeded to tell me he could see she didn't send me the estimate. So he says "I'm sending it to you right now as we speak".

A few hours go by and still nothing, I call back in and speak to the same man and he says "oh I have it right here in my hand, I'm sending it right now." still nothing got sent, I looked through my junk email box even as well. I got several advertisement emails from them but not an estimate. I called their corporate office today to let them know and apparently she must not care how their branches treat potential customers because the lady there had major attitude with me and kept cutting me off when I was telling her everything and wouldn't even let me finish, she just interrupted me to tell me she would send me and email.

Then 10 minutes after I made that call, the guy from the Orlando branch calls me telling me (yelling at me more like it) that he did email me the estimate and when I told him I didn't want it anymore he got even louder and said "hey that's ok, good luck finding another mover to move you" in a very sarcastic way.

I mean wow!! Just the lack of respect by their employee's to even potential customers is staggering, their motto is "family".. I didn't get that whatsoever, and reading a lot of their reviews by other customers and potential customers from other websites...neither did they! The even sadder part is, I told the first person I spoke to at their company that we are retired their company treating veterans poorly is just plain wrong and will not be tolerated.

A lost customer due to your poorly disrespectful staff

I booked All My Sons Moving & Storage of Orlando, LLC 3-4 weeks before my move. I was required to put down a $50.00 deposit for my moving date. I was told that movers would be at my house from 8:00am-9:00am. The movers never showed up and I received a call at 9:00am from All My Sons saying that their driver never showed up to work. I asked them why the decided to call me at 9:00am to let me know that when my scheduled move was between 8:00am-9:00am, they said well they are calling me now. I asked them when the expected time frame will be to get movers out to my house. They told me they did not have an estimated time frame. After an hour of waiting around I called them and asked for an update as I did not have time to wait around all day. They advised me that they would not be able to get a mover out to my house until the next morning from 9:00am-9:30am. All My Sons said they would give me a $100 discount off of my bill. The next morning the movers showed up and moved all my stuff without a scratch. Luckily for me I did not have to be out of my apartment on the day that I hired the movers. If I would of had to been out of my apartment of the day that I reserved movers I would of been screwed. I could not physically move some of the large furniture items that were in my house. It is almost impossible to find movers last minute from another moving company. I would not recommend All My Sons if you are on a time restraint to have your stuff moved. The only reason I am rating them 2 stars is because the movers that did show up the next day were great and careful with my furniture.

I'm giving 2 stars only because the actual movers did a good job. Otherwise, I'd give 1. The customer service from the company itself leaves a lot to be desired. I was referred to them by a friend who supposedly has had wonderful experiences with them, only to use them myself and be charged double what I was expecting. Their billing is deceptive, and when I called their after-move customer service number, the representative was immediately defensive and not helpful. Then I came online and saw countless other reviews about how people have been overcharged and misled by them. I may not be able to get any of my money back, but I will also never use this company again.
