Usually offer letters do not contain the address of the place of employment however the position is in Houton TX I provided what was provided to meSince I am not lying I can provide further proofDoes this cancellation mean I will not be billed on the 25th? I was told I would still be billed on the 25thI don't appreciate the suggestion that I'm fibbing consider this places dishonest enrollment practicesAm I still going to be billed?

All of our memberships at ALLNFitness renew monthly after the original term is fulfilled. Please see the copies of the contract & cancel form that the member signed. We are sorry if the member is upset, but most gyms, including ours, have the same policies. The membership is

We have researched the account and will refund the member the $21.73 per her request.
The $21.73 is an annual fee billed to...

every member at the end of the year. The members 3 year membership did not expire until january 2016, thus she was billed the annual fee at the end of 2015 (in which she was a member) that was due. Canceling a prepaid membership only keeps it from renewing on a monthly basis at the end of the term, it does not automatically waive the annual fee.
Again, as a courtesy, we have refunded the $21.73. We would have responded sooner, but with our computer issues we had some communication breakdowns. Thank for your patience.
