All N 1 Movers

Review: The movers from All-N-1 Moving were not careful loading our furniture for transport. They did not use the pads provided, and loaded heavy pieces on top of fragile pieces. As a result we have several pieces of severely damaged furniture (deep gashes), and many other pieces with scratches and scrapes and cracks. I contacted the movers and they did not return my call. I also contacted [redacted] as that company was recommended on the [redacted] moving help site. [redacted] referred me back to the movers. We were asked to rate the mover, and after posting my comments and dissatisfaction on the conflict resolution page, the movers response was to not acknowledge that they had caused a problem and not take any responsibility for it. They did not offer any help of any sort or appear willing to try to resolve this problem.Desired Settlement: The refund of money paid for this job in the amount of $502.00
