terrible experiencecould never get a hold of [redacted] or [redacted] on any of the numbers providedneither would return calls or emails so I didn't know if the move was confirmed until about or so hours before the move I had paid for three hours for a load/unload and the movers were shocked after loading my truck that they would need to come to my new apt for the unloadAfter a bit of arguing they agreed to come to do the unloadthe movers somehow managed to take about an hour to drive from pacific beach to north park- somehow they managed to go through point loma which couldn't be more out of the way After their scenic drive which left me with one hour for the unload they arrive and begin to unload the truckDropped/broke a couple items and major chips on my dressersAfter finishing they tried to argue that I had only paid for hours when in fact I had paid for and the payment coupon from U Haul confirmed thisThey refused to leave unless I would pay them for an additional hour despite them only working from 1230-I tried to get a hold of their manager who conveniently was busy with another job (according to the movers with another company) and they had no way of contacting him besides the main office line which no one ever answers or returns calls if you leave a message Overall terrible experience, incredibly unprofessional staff and management, but on the plus side I'm glad that the whole move is over and I won't have to deal with them again
