I contacted *** *** to seal or repair my roof and put new flooring in my livingroom and master bedroomI was to supply money for materials and laborThe roof continued to leak, he did not pull the skylights and reseal them, he made it sound like the stuff he was using would seal the worst of roofs, the flooring was the cheapest he could buyI did have a additional leak found in one of my showers and they fixed and it still leaksI was refused any receipts for materials or labor and this was done back in April and still have not receivedI paid and he did a shoddy jobMy own son has had to fix things they did not have time or wouldn't come back to fix*** *** who is the co-owner of this business said they got into a argument because *** *** is a dishonest personI believe I was over charged for the work and material and *** *** knows this and this is why he is refusing to give me any receiptsHe was also suppose to clean up the mess and haul off the old

I told her at the beginning that she needed a new roof.  She had a bunch of water in the home, the bathroom ceiling was rotted out, pieces of the drywall were falling off. None of the work done caused these issues, they were pre-existing and this is why she hired me. I told her I could replace...

her roof and it would be about $15,000. I explained to her she needed a new roof and I could not guarantee no leaks without it. She told me she didn’t have that kind of money and had about $10,000. I told her there was another option for her and I could not guarantee it, but I could take roof seal and extensive caulk to seal up the roof as best as I can. She agreed, I bought $400 worth of expensive caulk. I went around the whole roof and sealed up everything on the roof, I rubbed thick tar on everything on the roof. I told her whoever did the roof before did a horrible job. I rolled thick sealing coats on there. I went inside the house and fixed the drywall and matched the texture perfectly, then I started ripping into her floor. Initially we were to do the whole house flooring, but she didn’t have enough money. With the money she had, we did the living room, master bedroom, bedroom closet, and hallway. While I was there she was talking about suing three other people. I fixed the subflooring and put waterproof flooring down. Normally I take the flooring back if there is extra, instead I gave it to her. I actually paid her son to help us with it. He learned from us. Now, he is doing work for himself, and stole customers. On top of that, we went in and tore up the floor right next to her master bath there was rotting on the floor, we made her aware and instead of charging her we cut it out and repaired it, we fixed plumbing leaking on electric and moved the electric over, did all that extra work and didn’t charge her for it. I gave her extra flooring, did a 2500 job extra for her because of her financial situation. On top of that, she called me and told me her roof was leaking, I told her this would happen because she needed a new roof. She told me when she gets her next settlement from suing the next person she would call me to hire me to put on the new roof. I went and bought a $100 tarp to cover half of her house and in the middle of the storm and staple it down. This wasn’t my responsibility but I did it out of good faith. I told her the skylight needed to be removed and replace the roof. She said I never said that. Out of good faith again, and without charging her, I removed the skylight and we sealed it back up. I actually lost money in this deal trying to be a nice man and to help her. I even paid her son to do some work with us. I gave her a final invoice and left her a signed contract. After slandering me on social media and all my pages, I blocked her. She can take me to court, I do not want to speak to her anymore.

unhappy with me and my Company. I did everything that I agreed to do and then
some more on top of that trying to please her. The truth be known, I should
have charged her more than what I did as I did more than what was part of the original
agreement. I provided her an invoice for the $9,800 that she paid me and that
is all that I am going to provide her.

Painting and Remodeling, $9,800 to fix my roof, reseal my sky light, refloor my
master bedroom and closet, my hallway and my living room and hauling off the
carpeting. [redacted] has refused to give me any receipts, but instead gave me
an invoice for $9,800. [redacted], who is the co-owner of
this business his partner, said they got into a argument because [redacted]
[redacted] is a dishonest person. I believe I was over charged for the work and
material and [redacted] knows this and that is why he is refusing to give me any receipts. He was also suppose to
clean up the mess and haul off the old carpet which we allowed him to just put
in our burn pile and I still got charged for him getting rid
of it! I was told the new flooring was to have
padding under it and it would be hard to scratch. It had no padding and scratches
very easy. I have had other contractors tell me that I was taken advantage of by this man and Company.
I hope my experience with this Company will help other consumers to not use
them. I did not put anything on social media, but my son did. What I want is an
accounting of the $9,800 that I paid him. I want receipts and the labor charges
to account for the $9,800 that I gave him.02/20/18: (09:50
