I HAVE REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES THAT THE PROBLEM THAT WAS CREATED BY THIS COMPANY BE ADDRESSED. TO NO AVAIL.I HAVE HAD NO RESPONCE ONLY EXCUSES.THIS INDIVIDUAL TOLD ME HE COULD EASILY FIX MY PLEXI-GLASS ON TOP OF MY SKY LIGHTS AND ALSO PUT IN A DIVERSION PIECE OF METAL ON MY GUTTER. THE PLEXI GLASS NEVER NOT EVEN FOR A DY STAYED ATTACHED. AND THE DIVERSION THING WAS A JOKE THAT WAS NOT FUNNY. I HAVE WATER POURING INTO MY CAROLINA ROOM. MY WIFE AND I CONTACTED THIS PERSON SEVERAL TIMES AND ALWAYS TOLD ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER. HEALTH,WEATHER, TIME, SO ON AND SO ON. TODAY HE SAID TO PRETTY MUCH GO FLY A KITE. NICE HUH...I HAVE BEEN IN THE FLOORING BUSINESS FOR 30 YRS. NEVER TREATED SOMEONE LIKE THIS GUY. HE NEEDS TO COME HERE AND FIX THIS PROBLEM OR STOP DOING THIS TO OTHER. I WOULD APPRECAITE YOUR HELP AS WOULD OTHERS WHO THIS GUY RUNS INTO. THANK YOUDesired SettlementI WANT THE ISSUES FIXED. I said yes. they order the glass I install the glass for the price of 100.00 dollors. I told his wife that the skylights needed to be replaced. that they old and out of date and no one puts skylights on a flat surface.iwill give them back there 100.00 dollors. and thats it. hired contacter from references, was told he was going to do the job personally sent crew he just hired that was fired from previous boss hired contracter august 5th 2014 to do vinyl siding on my home with top of the line materials.was told from contracter he was going to do the job personally beacause he was the best in the area and nobody could do it as good as him. what I got was a crew he just hired that was fired from other contracter due to shady work,witch I found out later. the quality of work was so bad I made him come over when I got home to show him. he agreed and assured me he would continue job himself and fix all issues. form that point on he still hasnt come back and doesnt return my calls, from all the stress he has put on me I ended up in the hospital.my wife paid him 2200.00 while I was ill.my house is a qtr finished and the workmanship is horrible!! and im out 2200. just for his labor. p.s. his original estimate was 1000. dollars higher than everybody elsebut we hired him from references we though were reliable and his convictions on how he was doing this himself to make it perfect.Desired Settlementrefund money we paid him Business Response /[redacted] is missed in formed.I am only one man one man could not do that job by his self.my crew has worked for me for over a year. [redacted] has 20 yrs in the vinyl siding trade. I went back and fixed the things the home owner did not like. he was happy. I ask mike to ask the home owner every day how things looked.the home owner said good.the home is 90 percent completed. the owner got my men to wrap 12 window that wre not in contract.as the job went on the home owner said this doesnt like right.are this is not right.the home owner paid me for what was completed on my end. with no problem. the home owner payed me 2200.00 dollor.320.00 dollor were the windows that were not on contract. and 150.00 was paid to the ele.man that his wife ask me to pay.and I did.1730.00 is what he paid me. 1770.00 is the bal on the job. the owner knows more than I do. can not work for him. and I am not going back .I am through with him.and I only got paid fot work that he was happy with.Consumer Response /[redacted]/ Work that his workers, "WITH 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE" performed was beyond hideous! The owner actually came to the house, saw the work, and made him rip it down because he (the owner) felt it was unacceptable. Then, proceeded to send "the workers" back, saying he would work with them and make sure it was right. Came one day for 20 minutes and that was the last we saw him. So our lawyer advised us to proceed further. Final Business Response /[redacted]/i address every problem. I return each message and with to see him. my lawyer advised me to tell him that we could not agree on the matter. so I went to him face to face and told him I would noe be back.so lets let a judge decide.he paid me for what was completed.and that it.Final Consumer Response /[redacted]/(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Because his business was sooo inadequate.!!!!! Yes, let's see what the judge says. Because, evidently they have a record of not being fair.
