Lafleur said they will NOT honor their guaranteeI paid over $10,to their companyI followed everything outlined by Lafleur Nurseries, was in contact with them on a weekly basis,hired a professional care service, even had Lefleur Nurseries set my sprinkler system
I am left with 50% of my SOD dying and or dead and a handful of new plants in the same condition Lafleur Nurseries is no longer welcome on my property and I would not recommend them to any anyone

Much like the review on this site and several I have seen on other sites the owner Lance does not understand customer service. We went to him to have a design and install job done at our house and scheduled and appointment for him to come out and look at our home and make some recommendations. The time came and went for him to show up and he did not. After an hour of waiting after taking off work we called to cancel the appointment. When we called his poor wife had no idea where he was and why he didn't show up.

Review: All in One List Marketing Services claims to be a member of the Direct Marketing Assn. But, I have registered [redacted] J. [redacted] with the DMA to make sure that he is never sent junk mail or receives phone calls or other forms of solicitation, as his Trustee. Mr. [redacted] died on 11-12-2009. He received junk mail in Novemeber 2013 and the sender reported that he bought the list from All in One.... the junk mail sender also said that All in One claimed that the names on their list were fresh. The last time I registered [redacted] J. and [redacted] H. [redacted] with the DMA was 10-31-2011. I want All in One to: "REMOVE [redacted] H. and [redacted] J. [redacted] from their mailing list and the address of [redacted], MT [redacted] or any deriviative(s) thereof. All in One shall not: NOT sell, trade, exchange, share, or in any way convey the [redacted] name(s) or this mailing address or any other information to any person or business entity. The [redacted] are fully registered with the Do Not Call and Junk Mail monitors. Any violation will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law." The [redacted] use my mailing address for all of their correspondence and billing services.Desired Settlement: I want a letter from All in One List Marketing Services clearly stating how they received the [redacted] names and address and what All in One is doing to retrieve the [redacted] name, erase the [redacted] name, and erase any discloser of this address or other contact information from all "list" companies and processes of which All in One is associated. Then I want follow-up correspondence, with evidence, that All in One has completed all the necessary steps to fully secure the [redacted] privacy.

All-n-One List Marketing lnc. is the list rental manager for the subscriber list in question. Mr. [redacted] J.

[redacted] was, at one time, a subscriber to the publication; therefore his name was on the subscriber list.

My service bureau has checked this mailing list and removed Mr. [redacted] J. [redacted] from the list. The service

bureau also checked other lists that All-n-One manages and did not find Mr. [redacted] or Mrs. [redacted] on any

of those lists. Therefore the names of Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] will not be included in any future list rentals

from All-n-One List Marketing. All-n-One List Marketing cannot speak on behalf of or be responsible for

the many other companies that manage rental lists; however, any further mailings received by Mr.

[redacted] for Mr. or Mrs. [redacted] will not originate from or be a result of any interaction with

All-n-One List Marketing.

l'm sending Mr. [redacted],via certified mail with return receipt,the attached copy of my service bureau's

confirmation that the name of Mr. [redacted] was removed from the American Free Press rental l¡st,

along with a copy of this response.
