[redacted] was absolutely wonderfulNot only did him and [redacted] make sure we knew exactly how to prep for his treatments, but [redacted] gave us a guarantee that if anything came back over the next days, he would come back to re-treat the apartmentWe had him do followup a month after our original treatment ( but happy to say we had no signs of pests after the 1st treatment) just to make sure we are completely clean and so far, everything is great [redacted] and [redacted] are a great teamThey are kind, patient, understand that most people freak out about pests and are extremely patient Hoping we won't have to use them again too soon, but sincerely they were a pleasure to work with and if you have any pests problems, this is the place to call!

We did work for the home owner on 7/we repaired some areas that needed to be sealedService was fine and very successful and completedIn December she called reporting some rodent activityWe went out sealed an area and followed up with a few trap checksOn 12/they reported no additional problems and the account was again closed A few days later the tenant called that there were problems and wanted us to come lookI sent the 1st inspector t take a look, he checked our work and found nothing out of the ordinary but per the owners request we removed what we could from the area we sealed which was under the evesWe found that there were possibly openings below the area we repairedWe took videos and pictures of this area and determined we didn't do anything that caused a problem 1/ [redacted] sent us an estimate from a roofer with a total of $that included repairing tiles and other areas all over the roof that had nothing to do with any areas we worked onWhen I discussed that with [redacted] she said she didn't expect us to pay for the repairs she needed done and only a portion should be paid by us We needed a second opinion about the roof so we sent a [redacted] company out to look at the area his information came back that he didn't want to stake his business on if we created a problem or not, there were so many other areas that were causing problems We explained this to her but she insisted we go look at it and now she wanted us to open her interior walls and replace the drywall and retexture and paint them I sent an inspector out there to meet with the tenants and see what she has now added to the listHe still didn't feel we did anything to cause the problem The next few days [redacted] called again that she heard about some problems with walls and that great big heaters needed to be used to be sure the area was really dry and before we had the walls repairedShe asked if we did that? No were a rodent company not a contractor at that point I told her to figure it out since that's way beyond anything we offer I didn't hear from her for a while When [redacted] called again a month or more later I told her I have a company that will come out and look at everything she wanted us to come to do the repairsI explained were not % convinced we did anything to cause the problems, and were not 100% convinced we didn'tI stated and have not changed from my point that if we did this we have no problems fixing but she has only sent me one estimate with all her repairs including all other areas I had asked for a separate estimate which I have never received The last company that went out to see the property took the pictures and full detailed report of her roofWhen I saw the docs they provided I am satisfied that we did not cause her problemAt that point I told [redacted] we did not cause her problems and the company will fix all your problems for almost $less I thought she would be happy that I saved her nearly bucks Instead I have had her or someone for her writing on and online sites about our company she has continually untruths about the work: We do not use grates on roofs or other areas We did not send person to look at this roof it was visits to look at this problem by several different people and company, we have photos and videos of the roof she never provided them to us We did not close this case when one company sided with us it was because of the amount of information they provided that allowed us to rest at night that were not at fault We have done thousands and thousands of repairs and not one time have we had a complaint before this one All of our area had never had the amount of rain in many years that we received during December and Janthis has caused many people to find out they needed roof repairs that were unaware We don't entirely think [redacted] is trying to get us to pay for something, we think she really believes that we caused it We are happy to go another step with her if that will settle the matter once and for all, but her bad mouthing us on line and more than doubling the price she was quoted for the repairs doesn't make her look very good

[redacted] does not have all her facts straight as her recollection of the events are inaccurate or perhaps she’s confused about the timelineLast summer my tenants sent me some photos that indicate there might be a raccoon problem so I hired All In One to take care of itThey set out traps and were not able to catch the raccoonThey then said they would seal up entry points with grates to prevent raccoons from entering the house in the futureThey did come out on more than one occasion to check the traps, pick up the traps and to check for any further rodent activity [redacted] sent me an invoice and I paid her promptly as I did on the previous occasion when I hired them to take care of the rodent activityI did not call them in December of about rodent activityIn December 2015, my tenant sent me photos indicating the ceiling was leakingWe had a contractor go out to take a look and the contractor said it’s the roof that’s leaking and that we need to call a [redacted] company to take a look and have him return to repair the interior drywall and repaint after the roof is repairedMy tenant had [redacted] of [redacted] come out to take a look at the cause of the leak [redacted] took photos and told my tenant the cause of the leak is due to the concrete All In One placed on top of the roof not allowing rain water to run off the roof properly and that was the cause of the leakHe sent me the estimate which came to $1,along with photosI called All In One and spoke with [redacted] who asked me to email the findings which I didI tried emailing/calling [redacted] several times to follow up and never received a call back from himI then called the office and [redacted] answered telling me that [redacted] has passed this on to her to handleI told her that [redacted] told me that my roof is leaking b/c of the concrete they placed on top of my roof [redacted] immediately said to me that she didn’t feel the leak was caused by anything they didI did tell [redacted] that on the estimate if there were items that needed repaired that was not caused by them I wouldn’t expect them to pay for thatBut I would expect them to pay for the portion of the damages that was caused by All In One [redacted] thought the estimate was a bit high and that we should get another opinionI had the tenant make an appointment with another roofer, [redacted] RoofingAfter [redacted] at [redacted] was done inspecting the roof, I asked my tenant what did [redacted] say [redacted] , my tenant said that [redacted] echoed what [redacted] said, that the leak is caused by the concrete that was placed on top of the roof not allowing the rainwater to flow down properly and causing it to back up and flow into the houseBoth roofers recommended removing the concrete or mortar as they call it and sealing the entry points properlyI called [redacted] and informed her of thisI told [redacted] that I would love for us to work this out amicably as I have a number of investment properties and I would continue to use them if they work with me on thisShe said absolutely and assured me that if they caused any damage, they would take care of itI then asked her to save money, is it possible her guys remove the mortar and she said she would discuss with her technicianI then mentioned to her that after the leak on the roof is completed we need to repair and repaint the drywallShe said they could do that as wellI hesitated and said to her that I believe the wall needs to be texturized, is that something they’re capable of handling and she said she would need to check with her guysI informed her that when they open up the ceiling, we need to check if there’s any dry rot caused by the leak and that all the moisture is removed before closing up the ceiling and wallI proceeded to tell her that we had a big water pipe burst at my apartment and to get all the moisture out the apartment manager placed big fans and dehumidifiers to get all the moisture out and they had to run tests to make sure all the moisture was out before sealing everything upI said to [redacted] that’s probably beyond what their company could do and she agreedMy thinking at that time was that after the roof was repaired we’d take care of the interior and I believe [redacted] agreedSo we ended the conversation that [redacted] would check with her technician about going out there to take a look at the inside of the house and the leak and get back to her about what they could do and that [redacted] would get back to meI waited about a week or so, didn’t hear back from ***I texted the tenant if All In One called or came outShe said they called and was going to send someone to take a look and that they told her she didn’t need to be thereI called [redacted] shortly afterwards to see if anyone came out and she said if they came out she doesn’t know anything about itNow I also want to say how can All In One determine if they caused the leak or not if they didn’t even go inside the house to see where the leak is??? I called [redacted] many, many timesI would leave messages and she would not return my callsI would email her and not receive a replySometimes I called, but didn’t leave a message because I was hoping to catch her in the office and because she wouldn’t return my callsOn the few occasions I was able to reach [redacted] on the phone, she would tell me she needed to check with her technician to get a report from them, that she would call me backBut she would never call me backThis whole fiasco started back in December and here its May and I still have no answer or any status update from ***I was very frustrated and I pretty much gave [redacted] an ultimatumA week later she called to tell me that she was having this [redacted] company that they’ve worked with a lot in the past to go out to the houseI was under the impression that they were going to survey the damage and make the necessary repairs and that All In One would be covering the costs since [redacted] assured me they would pay for any damages caused by themI even emailed [redacted] to ask her what the roofer they called would be doing, but she never respondedA week later [redacted] sent me the report from her roofer along with some picturesHer roofer stated my roof had many problems that could be causing the leak and they even wrote “It was not caused by a third party.” [redacted] included the estimateI then said to her you guys are going to be paying for the repairs, right? [redacted] said no they would not because the roofer she called said they didn’t cause the problem and she considered the case closedNow how is that even fair, two roofers stating the leak was caused by the mortar they placed on top of the roof vsthe one roofer they called***’s statement in her email dated May 31, which I’m attaching a copy of stating that she had two inspectors come out to take a look at the roof is falseMy tenant will back me up on this [redacted] only had one roofer, [redacted] come out to inspect the roofI also want it to be noted that I called the two roofers immediately after the leak [redacted] had her roofer go out there five to six months after I complained about a leakAll In One’s claim that they have never had a complaint before mine is a complete lieThey had previous claims before mine with the Revdex.comIf you look on ***, there’s at least bad reviewsSome of the negative reviews were similar to my experience, getting defensive, twisting words around, not returning calls, etcI also want to it to be noted that All In One is a paid advertiser with ***It’s a well known fact that merchants with bad reviews can and do pay [redacted] to remove the negative reviewsI know many business owners who have told me that [redacted] sales representatives have called them offering to remove the negative reviews if they agree to pay for advertisingNow why is All In One a paid advertiser with ***It is my belief that there were numerous negative reviews about All In One and that’s why they’re paid advertisers so that [redacted] will remove the bad reviewsAll In One’s assertion that they felt they were doing me a favor by obtaining an estimate with their roofer that came in much less than the roofer I called is baloneyThey didn’t call their roofer for my benefit, they called the roofer for THEIR benefit which is to state the cause of the leak was not their fault and All In One is trying to get out of reimbursing me for the damages they causedAnd of course I posted negative stuff about them online, I certainly don’t want any home owner to go through the nightmare that I’ve gone throughI see it as my duty to warn others about this unscrupulous companyI am very hurt, annoyed and angry that I’ve had to expend so much time on this case, taking me away from completing other projects I need to work onComing from a legal background, I am very aware of the ramifications of posting lies about anyone on the internetI did not post anything about All In One that wasn’t trueAnd ***’s assertion that I am trying to extort money from them in her rebuttal on [redacted] is ludicrousAll In One should be ashamed at how they handled my caseI don’t know how they can sleep at nightInteresting they considered the case closed, but now that I’ve filed a complaint with the ***, they’re playing nice and saying they’re happy to go another step with me to settle the matter once and for allThis does not look good on their partPlus they also stated in a rebuttal to my [redacted] reviews that the only way this case is going to be settled is through courtAll In One should keep in mind that I have two roofers and my tenant to back up everything I sayI did not double the price, I don’t have the estimate from the contractor as to what it would cost to repair the interior wall/ceiling of the house so I added what I thought it might costPlus I gave All In One five months to take care of the problem and they failed to do anything about it, only offering to take care of it now that I filed a complaint with your agencyOver the weekend I hired [redacted] to make the repairs [redacted] said he had another solution which is to redirect the rain water so it would flow properly and it would be a lot less expensiveHis bill came to $ [redacted] also said the roof is in good condition, unlike what their roofer, [redacted] said in their report, insinuating there were multiple problems with my roof that could be causing the leakIf All In One wants to settle this case, I demand t [redacted] and that they pay for the repairs for the ceiling and wallsI hope to have an estimate for that within a weekI also want to note that my tenant will back up everything that I wrote in this rebuttal and I have the paperwork from the two roofers I called which I've enclosed

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
*** is completely dancing around the issues I’ve brought up to dispute her claims that her company is not at fault
I brought up the many negative reviews about All In One on *** and *** to prove that ***’s claims they have never received any complaints prior to mine were false. It is her credibility that is at issue, not mine
I am not satisfied at all with her response because she does not address the points I’ve made with any level of accuracy or provided any proof that there were other inspectors besides *** *** backing up her claim that her company is not at fault for the leak to my houseIn summary:
Two *** companies, *** * ** *** ***and *** *** went out to inspect the roof and leak issue immediately after the tenant notified me the ceiling was leaking. *** went out on January 6, and *** *** went out there on March 4, 2016. Both *** companies stated to me and to my tenant that the cause of the leak was from the mortar/concrete All In One used to seal up entry points to prevent rodents & raccoons from entering the house
***’s claims that they had more than one company and inspector look at the roof for the cause of the leak is completely false. The tenant said only one company, *** *** came out to inspect the leak and roof and that was on May 20, 2016. If there were more than one, then where is the proof and documentation. *** cannot provide me with any of thatShe claims they took videos of the roof yet she hasn’t provided any videos for viewingIn the past, when All In One made arrangements for their inspector/technicians to go to my property they emailed me to confirm the appointment date and timeI would then contact my tenant to make sure its okay and get back to All In One that the date and time is goodI went through all my emails and could not find any documentation supporting her claims. I have copies of Inspection Reports dated 7/23/15, 8/4/which was prior to the leak and email dated May 10, confirming *** *** was going out to inspect the roof for the leak. From 8/4/up to May 10, 2016, there is no documentation or evidence at all from All In One nor from my tenant that they went out there to inspect the roof and the inside of the house for the cause of the leak
***’s claims she didn’t follow up in a prompt manner because of numerous opinions is therefore because as stated above there were only three opinions rendered about what was causing the leak. Two *** companies who surveyed the leak immediately after it was reported who states it’s from the mortar/concrete All In One placed on the roof versus the one *** company, *** *** Cowho stated there were multiple issues with the roof that was causing problems. This statement by *** that there were many areas of damage on the roof that could cause leaking was disputed by *** *** who inspected the roof again on June 10, and wrote the overall condition of the roof was good
I also want to state that I never told All In One they didn’t damage the tiles because I don’t know that to be true
In terms of the estimate I came up with, $2,500, *** quoted $1,just to repair the roof. I still need the interior drywall replaced and repainted and I estimated that to be roughly $and that’s how I came up with $2,500. This $2,is only if there is no evidence of mold/midew and dry rot damage which we won’t know until they cut open the ceiling and do tests. ServPro has provided me an estimate of $1,to clean up the water damage plus $to test for asbestos before they can begin repairing the drywall and repaint
When *** *** came by in June of this year, *** the owner came up with another solutioin, which was to divert the water flow and would be a much less expensive option. He felt it would work so I decided to go with that and the costs came to $
In no way was I trying to gouge All In One with a higher amount. In fact, when we first started this conversation back in March, when *** assured me that if they were found at fault they would pay for the damages, I asked *** if she wanted to check with her people about removing the concrete/mortar in order to save money. This is where I have the most regret because *** dragged this whole ordeal out for several months. Every time I called her she would say “I need to check with my technician and I’ll call you back.” Problem is she never called me back. And if she says she did, then where’s the proof? Surely her phone company can provide her some kind of phone log
As to the online postings, as I stated in my earlier response, I have a legal background, I know what the ramifications are for posting slanderous, defamatory things about people online and I would not be so crazy as to put myself at risk. Everything I posted about *** and All In One is the absolute truth and I have provided proof of that
I gave *** plenty of time and opportunities to take care of the matter and when she refused and told me she considered the case closed, I decided to post my experience with them online to save other homeowners the heartache
I firmly believe All In One is responsible for the leak and damage to my ceiling because two *** companies stated so vsthe one they hired. Two against one, I mean do the math
*** states in her last response they’re willing to go another step to make me happy. Well, once I get all the repairs to the ceiling, I’ll forward the total amount to All In One with the expectation they will be reimbursing me for the damage they caused. This is my final stance on this matter
Sincerely,*** ***

I have already responded to the complaint the best I can providig information we were given to determine if there was a problem we created.
What I will address are the things that were said about the review given to us over the past -years
Regarding ***: I wish businesses could respond as they do here on *** site, thankfully here were able to explain the other sides of the storyWe are not a perfect business but there is NOT one review or comment anywhere on line that we damaged a roof or any other propertyAnd you can't call *** and ask them to remove a review.
Again not perfect, all we can do is do our best and we definately try very hard to do whats right for our customers and the 5,jobs we have done that are similar if we did terrible work there would be one customer out there saying we did a bad jobAnd there isn't any!!
So let's discuss reviews in general for one thing only of satisfied customers write a review an unhappy customer are more prone to writeOn *** we have reviews that are showing and only of them are low star ratingThose that are filtered are The break down is of them are 5-STar! are Star and are or star The break down of the low ratings (4) 1- didn't have an extended warranty for extra services, was not satisfied, had a billing issue and were a scheduling problem that we couldn't accomodate at the timeif they all showed we would have way over a reviews and definately a start rating
***- We have been on their site for over years, we have reviews wth a 4.71% of the Stars, We have earned top ratings as an Elite provider and earned many badges for top customer service and happy customers not one complaint regarding damaging property
*** ***- years on their site with reviews all favorable
*** *** requires 80% satisfaction rate to be a member our customers that were interviewed gave us a 98% rating and again no damaged property ever reported
*** we have Positive Reviews from customers and have had complaints in the last or years one the customer owed us money and he paid the other one I couldn't see and don't remember the details but again nothing to do with damaging property or not taking responsibility
Point is that we have a great presence on line and try our best to make everyone happy as we can
As far as this case I have tried to express over and over that we depended on the inspectors that looked at the property to give us the best information they had and both confirmed they didn't believe we caused the problem
We then had another company look at the roof maybe the tenant wasn't there, but our senior inspector met him there to discussHe was the contractor that couldn't stake his reputation that we did or didn't cause the problem.
So we had our inspectors best opinion, a *** contractor recommendations, one report sent to us by the client and to us noe=ne seemed conclusive to us This is why we kept the conversaition going not knowing who we should believe is the right opinionTo date we never received a report from a second inspector the client refers to, nor did she mention this contractor to us until in the negotiationsBottomline we weren't convinced one way or another at this point
I have said I did not follow up on the concern the customer had in a prompt manner, not because I was dodging the issue but I didn't know how to resolve it fairly there were too many opinions
I met *** *** and asked them to look at the roof, I told him to let me know if we caused the probem if we did we would fix it for them so he knew in advance that we only wanted the best recommendation from themWhen we received the report read what he said that we were "Not at all responsible for the damage that it was caused by lack of maintenence and wear and tear " The pictures he provieded showing damaged areas in multiple areas from the aerial and google earth picturesWe could finally feek satisfied and still are satisfied that we are not to blame for the roof leaks the client suffered from
I do think it's sad that her goals are to frustrate our business in her own words to cause us loss of business is why she is warning the public, by writing on many sitesI don't think she is making up a story I think she believes we are responsible and won't accept anything less.
What really caused me to doubt her crediability is we have gone from her wanting a portion of the $to $2,and now she had the repairs for $450.00!!
Wow that is a hugh difference and she clearly admitted we didn't break her tiles they were already broken so I don't know what the true cost to her was but it can't be much
I also looked up the *** company we had go there and they have a great reputation online and been a member of the *** since and have a A+ rating
My hope is that if this is settled in our favor and that she will remove the negative things she has written about us online, if you go through a 2nd party you should be professional and let the process work and not slander each other.
Again we wish her the best and are very glad she has her roof repaired at such a low cost to her that is great news

I would just like to leave a quick review to let anyone looking into pest control know that they will never regret calling this company and having them come out! And when you call, ask for *** because he is fantastic! I can not recommend him enough to everyone! He saved me from burning my house down to rid myself of these fleas!! I know that sounds extreme but I had tried every product even another company and just couldn't seem to be flea free until *** came out!

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This business obviously doesn't keep track of its communication with its clientsI requested that their service be ended, to pick up the traps & send me the billThe business owner, *** said he would do soHe didn't, & I tried to contact him for several months by phone & email because he did not honor his wordThe traps were on our front porch for two months, not one weekI do not know if they have been picked up or not as we needed to leave for Europe, where I am presently writing fromHow could I say anything if I wasn't there (assuming that they were picked up)? This is shear fantasy on their partIt is simply an effort to cover up their own incompetency & completely unacceptable business practice
Consumer Response /* (-5, 19, 2014/06/28) */
I have just returned from a month in Europe to find the traps still sitting on my front porch where they have been waiting for pickup for three monthsTheir response has been to take no responsibility for their word or their inactionThey have, in fact, lied that they had picked up the traps or that they knew they were to send a bill for a month's service dueThey had my phone number & email address through my correspondence, as well as my home address through prior billingNever once did they make any effort to resolve this issue over the three month periodThe traps are now officially abandoned property & will be disposed ofPayment is now withheld as reconciliation for unacceptable business practice
Business Response /* (4000, 23, 2014/07/27) */
After receiving another message about Mr.***,I looked into the service record a little moreSince he started service with us we have converted our customer management to a new CRM there wasn't additional notes in the new system and so I responded previously without the full picturefor that I do regret.Originally we responded to his call and cancelled his service expecting to pick up our property from him and collect for services renderedI found out that when our tech went out there per his request we did not recover out traps as he statedThey were not on the porch as he saysWhen we did the service we placed them behind a locked gate not allowing us accessThat's the history up until the complaints were submitted to the Revdex.comAfter speaking with the Revdex.com I sent a tech out to see what he is referring to that we haven't completed in hopes to recover our property
*** was the tech on site, He spoke to a man there that said *** threw out our traps as far as he knew, he would not allow us to go through the locked gate where they were originally placed
There is no traps on their property according to the man living thereI had my tech take a picture with him in front of his house number since we have no other way to prove we did respond to this matter
We provided a service that he requested, by the way he was a customer from Our agreement has a day cancellation clause within the year contract that he signed
We were never paid for the services he receivedSince he says he had our traps that is proof we did our serviceWe went to pick up traps and they did not leave them where we have access to themWe do not jump over locked gates for any reasonWe will believe him that he through our traps awayThat is a lost to us of another
I don't know what Mr*** wants from us we have been out there several times and lost valuable time from our businessHe broke his service contract for no reason, and destroyed our property by his own admissionThis man owes our company for service rendered, if he had our traps we did the serviceNow he threw away the traps that's another At this point we want full reimbursement for the aboveWe have pictures with our tech in front of his homeand the name of the gentlemen that would not let us on the propertyThis customer is obviously out to frustrate our business and cause us harm by these reportsI am now going to file small claims against him for the lost of our property and the service trips we have made to his placeIf you want to discuss this matter please have him contact the office not the tech of recordThis is now an administration matterI can be reached by phone: XXXXX XXXXX Cell XXX XXX XXXX email: ***@gmail.com
If he calls any other numbers or uses the old email we will not be able to respondPlease be sure to update your records so we can peacefully resolve this matterI am so sorry the Revdex.com has to be involved in this matterWe were willing to just write him off as a bad debt until he has frustrated us with his on going nuisance complaints
I am responding on behalf of All N One Pest Eliminators

Consumer Response /* (4200, 25, 2014/07/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have a dated photo taken of the traps on my front porch months after I requested an end of service & the traps to be picked upI emailed & phoned the company several times to end my service, pick up the traps & send me the billThis does not constitute breaking a contractIt is my legal right to do soI was told several times that it would be done, that week, that day, but no action by the company ever transpired until the tech was sent out & 1/months later! The company has not been out to the house to pick up the traps before this timeIf they had, they would have found the traps sitting on the front porchThis was their responsibility, not mineIn addition, the company never sent me the closing bill that I requestedThis was their responsibility, not mineThe city of Pinole said the traps were to be considered abandoned property after such a long period of time & I that should dispose of themSo, finally, I took responsibility of the traps
The company behaves as if it is the injured party when, in fact, it is quite the oppositeThe company has been irresponsible in their word & action (as well as inaction)The fault is entirely of their own makingNotice that the company made no effort to pick up the traps until they were aware of the bad publicity that became known to themHad they honored their word, & were advocates of good business practices none of this would have ever happenedEven when they were given numerous opportunities to resolve the matter they chose not to take any responsibilityTheirs is not a cause that will give them a good judgmental ruling in small claims court
The loss of the traps is due to company negligence & is their lossI owe for a months service, send me the bill
Business Response /* (4000, 27, 2014/07/30) */
We left the bill for the customer at the time of serviceHe did at the time of the initial serviceWe will agree to have the consumer pay us for the services rendered of $I will mail him a hand written bill that includes the P.O.Box for him to submit payment
And we will call this service completed, account will be paid in full and we are no longer under further obligation to each other
I look forward to not having another comment from this past customer
Thank You,

This statement by *** that there were many areas of damage on the roof that could cause leaking was disputed by *** *** who inspected the roof again on June 10, and wrote the overall condition of the roof was goodI also want to state that I never told All In One they didn’t damage the tiles because I don’t know that to be true

We did work for the home owner on 7/23 we repaired some areas that needed to be sealed. Service was fine and very successful and completed. In December she called reporting some rodent activity. We went out sealed an area and followed up with a few trap checks. On 12/18 they reported no additional...

problems and the account was again closed.
A few days later the tenant called that there were problems and wanted us to come look. I sent the 1st inspector t take a look, he checked our work and found nothing out of the ordinary but per the owners request we removed what we could from the area we sealed which was under the eves. We found that there were possibly openings below the area we repaired. We took videos and pictures of this area and determined we didn't do anything that caused a problem.
1/15 [redacted] sent us an estimate from a roofer with a total of $1900.00 that included repairing tiles and other areas all over the roof that had nothing to do with any areas we worked on. When I discussed that with [redacted] she said she didn't expect us to pay for the repairs she needed done and only a portion should be paid by us.
We needed a second opinion about the roof so we sent a [redacted] company out to look at the area his information came back that he didn't want to stake his business on if we created a problem or not, there were so many other areas that were causing problems.
We explained this to her but she insisted we go look at it and now she wanted us to open her interior walls and replace the drywall and retexture and paint them.

I sent an inspector out there to meet with the tenants and see what she has now added to the list. He still didn't feel we did anything to cause the problem.
The next few days [redacted] called again that she heard about some problems with walls and that great big heaters needed to be used to be sure the area was really dry and before we had the walls repaired. She asked if we did that? No were a rodent company not a contractor at that point I told her to figure it out since that's way beyond anything we offer.
I didn't hear from her for a while.

When [redacted] called again a month or more later I told her I have a company that will come out and look at everything she wanted us to come to do the repairs. I explained were not 100 % convinced we did anything to cause the problems, and were not 100% convinced we didn't. I stated and have not changed from my point that if we did this we have no problems fixing but she has only sent me one estimate with all her repairs including all other areas I had asked for a separate estimate which I have never received.
The last company that went out to see the property took the pictures and full detailed report of her roof. When I saw the docs they provided I am satisfied that we did not cause her problem. At that point I told [redacted] we did not cause her problems and the company will fix all your problems for almost $500.00 less.
I thought she would be happy that I saved her nearly 500 bucks.
Instead I have had her or someone for her writing on 4 and 5 online sites about our company she has continually untruths about the work:
1. We do not use grates on roofs or other areas.
2. We did not send 1 person to look at this roof it was 4 visits to look at this problem by several different people and company, we have photos and videos of the roof she never provided them to us.
3. We did not close this case when one company sided with us it was because of the amount of information they provided that allowed us to rest at night that were not at fault.
We have done thousands and thousands of repairs and not one time have we had a complaint before this one.
All of our area had never had the amount of rain in many years that we received during December and Jan. this has caused many people to find out they needed roof repairs that were unaware.
We don't entirely think [redacted] is trying to get us to pay for something, we think she really believes that we caused it.
We are happy to go another step with her if that will settle the matter once and for all, but her bad mouthing us on line and more than doubling the price she was quoted for the repairs doesn't make her look very good.

[redacted] does not have all her facts straight as her recollection of the events are inaccurate or perhaps she’s confused about the timeline. Last summer my tenants sent me some photos that indicate there might be a raccoon problem so I hired All In One to take care of it. They set out traps and were not able to catch the raccoon. They then said they would seal up entry points with grates to prevent raccoons from entering the house in the future. They did come out on more than one occasion to check the traps, pick up the traps and to check for any further rodent activity. [redacted] sent me an invoice and I paid her promptly as I did on the previous occasion when I hired them to take care of the rodent activity. I did not call them in December of 2015 about rodent activity. In December 2015, my tenant sent me photos indicating the ceiling was leaking. We had a contractor go out to take a look and the contractor said it’s the roof that’s leaking and that we need to call a [redacted] company to take a look and have him return to repair the interior drywall and repaint after the roof is repaired. My tenant had [redacted] of [redacted] come out to take a look at the cause of the leak. [redacted] took photos and told my tenant the cause of the leak is due to the concrete All In One placed on top of the roof not allowing rain water to run off the roof properly and that was the cause of the leak. He sent me the estimate which came to $1,986.00 along with photos. I called All In One and spoke with [redacted] who asked me to email the findings which I did. I tried emailing/calling [redacted] several times to follow up and never received a call back from him. I then called the office and [redacted] answered telling me that [redacted] has passed this on to her to handle. I told her that [redacted] told me that my roof is leaking b/c of the concrete they placed on top of my roof. [redacted] immediately said to me that she didn’t feel the leak was caused by anything they did. I did tell [redacted] that on the estimate if there were items that needed repaired that was not caused by them I wouldn’t expect them to pay for that. But I would expect them to pay for the portion of the damages that was caused by All In One. [redacted] thought the estimate was a bit high and that we should get another opinion. I had the tenant make an appointment with another roofer, [redacted] Roofing. After [redacted] at [redacted] was done inspecting the roof, I asked my tenant what did [redacted] say. [redacted], my tenant said that [redacted] echoed what [redacted] said, that the leak is caused by the concrete that was placed on top of the roof not allowing the rainwater to flow down properly and causing it to back up and flow into the house. Both roofers recommended removing the concrete or mortar as they call it and sealing the entry points properly. I called [redacted] and informed her of this. I told [redacted] that I would love for us to work this out amicably as I have a number of investment properties and I would continue to use them if they work with me on this. She said absolutely and assured me that if they caused any damage, they would take care of it. I then asked her to save money, is it possible her guys remove the mortar and she said she would discuss with her technician. I then mentioned to her that after the leak on the roof is completed we need to repair and repaint the drywall. She said they could do that as well. I hesitated and said to her that I believe the wall needs to be texturized, is that something they’re capable of handling and she said she would need to check with her guys. I informed her that when they open up the ceiling, we need to check if there’s any dry rot caused by the leak and that all the moisture is removed before closing up the ceiling and wall. I proceeded to tell her that we had a big water pipe burst at my apartment and to get all the moisture out the apartment manager placed big fans and dehumidifiers to get all the moisture out and they had to run tests to make sure all the moisture was out before sealing everything up. I said to [redacted] that’s probably beyond what their company could do and she agreed. My thinking at that time was that after the roof was repaired we’d take care of the interior and I believe [redacted] agreed. So we ended the conversation that [redacted] would check with her technician about going out there to take a look at the inside of the house and the leak and get back to her about what they could do and that [redacted] would get back to me. I waited about a week or so, didn’t hear back from [redacted]. I texted the tenant if All In One called or came out. She said they called and was going to send someone to take a look and that they told her she didn’t need to be there. I called [redacted] shortly afterwards to see if anyone came out and she said if they came out she doesn’t know anything about it. Now I also want to say how can All In One determine if they caused the leak or not if they didn’t even go inside the house to see where the leak is??? I called [redacted] many, many times. I would leave messages and she would not return my calls. I would email her and not receive a reply. Sometimes I called, but didn’t leave a message because I was hoping to catch her in the office and because she wouldn’t return my calls. On the few occasions I was able to reach [redacted] on the phone, she would tell me she needed to check with her technician to get a report from them, that she would call me back. But she would never call me back. This whole fiasco started back in December and here its May and I still have no answer or any status update from [redacted]. I was very frustrated and I pretty much gave [redacted] an ultimatum. A week later she called to tell me that she was having this [redacted] company that they’ve worked with a lot in the past to go out to the house. I was under the impression that they were going to survey the damage and make the necessary repairs and that All In One would be covering the costs since [redacted] assured me they would pay for any damages caused by them. I even emailed [redacted] to ask her what the roofer they called would be doing, but she never responded. A week later [redacted] sent me the report from her roofer along with some pictures. Her roofer stated my roof had many problems that could be causing the leak and they even wrote “It was not caused by a third party.” [redacted] included the estimate. I then said to her you guys are going to be paying for the repairs, right? [redacted] said no they would not because the roofer she called said they didn’t cause the problem and she considered the case closed. Now how is that even fair, two roofers stating the leak was caused by the mortar they placed on top of the roof vs. the one roofer they called. [redacted]’s statement in her email dated May 31, 2016 which I’m attaching a copy of stating that she had two inspectors come out to take a look at the roof is false. My tenant will back me up on this. [redacted] only had one roofer, [redacted] come out to inspect the roof. I also want it to be noted that I called the two roofers immediately after the leak. [redacted] had her roofer go out there five to six months after I complained about a leak. All In One’s claim that they have never had a complaint before mine is a complete lie. They had 2 previous claims before mine with the Revdex.com. If you look on [redacted], there’s at least 10 bad reviews. Some of the negative reviews were similar to my experience, getting defensive, twisting words around, not returning calls, etc. I also want to it to be noted that All In One is a paid advertiser with [redacted]. It’s a well known fact that merchants with bad reviews can and do pay [redacted] to remove the negative reviews. I know many business owners who have told me that [redacted] sales representatives have called them offering to remove the negative reviews if they agree to pay for advertising. Now why is All In One a paid advertiser with [redacted]. It is my belief that there were numerous negative reviews about All In One and that’s why they’re paid advertisers so that [redacted] will remove the bad reviews. All In One’s assertion that they felt they were doing me a favor by obtaining an estimate with their roofer that came in much less than the roofer I called is baloney. They didn’t call their roofer for my benefit, they called the roofer for THEIR benefit which is to state the cause of the leak was not their fault and All In One is trying to get out of reimbursing me for the damages they caused. And of course I posted negative stuff about them online, I certainly don’t want any home owner to go through the nightmare that I’ve gone through. I see it as my duty to warn others about this unscrupulous company. I am very hurt, annoyed and angry that I’ve had to expend so much time on this case, taking me away from completing other projects I need to work on. Coming from a legal background, I am very aware of the ramifications of posting lies about anyone on the internet. I did not post anything about All In One that wasn’t true. And [redacted]’s assertion that I am trying to extort money from them in her rebuttal on [redacted] is ludicrous. All In One should be ashamed at how they handled my case. I don’t know how they can sleep at night. Interesting they considered the case closed, but now that I’ve filed a complaint with the [redacted], they’re playing nice and saying they’re happy to go another step with me to settle the matter once and for all. This does not look good on their part. Plus they also stated in a rebuttal to my [redacted] reviews that the only way this case is going to be settled is through court. All In One should keep in mind that I have two roofers and my tenant to back up everything I say. I did not double the price, I don’t have the estimate from the contractor as to what it would cost to repair the interior wall/ceiling of the house so I added what I thought it might cost. Plus I gave All In One five months to take care of the problem and they failed to do anything about it, only offering to take care of it now that I filed a complaint with your agency. Over the weekend I hired [redacted] to make the repairs. [redacted] said he had another solution which is to redirect the rain water so it would flow properly and it would be a lot less expensive. His bill came to $450.00. [redacted] also said the roof is in good condition, unlike what their roofer, [redacted] said in their report, insinuating there were multiple problems with my roof that could be causing the leak. If All In One wants to settle this case, I demand t[redacted] and that they pay for the repairs for the ceiling and walls. I hope to have an estimate for that within a week. I also want to note that my tenant will back up everything that I wrote in this rebuttal and I have the paperwork from the two roofers I called which I've enclosed.

I had my home serviced by [redacted] reccently and he was very helpful and overall the best service worker of any industry that I had allowed in my home. He was very hospitable and very efficent, I appreciated the swiftness of our appointment but despite his speed I could tell he was being very detailed.

Thank you! I will return to All N One pest Eliminators!

[redacted] was absolutely wonderful. Not only did him and [redacted] make sure we knew exactly how to prep for his treatments, but [redacted] gave us a guarantee that if anything came back over the next 90 days, he would come back to re-treat the apartment. We had him do 1 followup a month after our original treatment ( but happy to say we had no signs of pests after the 1st treatment) just to make sure we are completely clean and so far, everything is great. [redacted] and [redacted] are a great team. They are kind, patient, understand that most people freak out about pests and are extremely patient. Hoping we won't have to use them again too soon, but sincerely they were a pleasure to work with and if you have any pests problems, this is the place to call!

We had a major roach infestation in one of our apartment complexes! I called All N One Eliminators and they sent out [redacted]...He is amazing! He totally explained everything to me clearly and with a great understanding for my concerns. I have used other companies in the past and some were rude, many were lazy, and none of them did a great job all around like [redacted]. Our problem has been taken care of and I couldn't be more happy! I will be using them for all my other properties from now on!
