I talked to Ms [redacted] I explained to her that I will be glad to come out and repair her counter flashing for a fee The difference between counter flashing is installation on the side of her chimney, step flashing is actually installed under the shingles next to the sidewall of the chimney Ms [redacted] insurance did not pay for counter flashing, which again is on the side of her chimney nor did Ms [redacted] Mr [redacted] is going to go out and finalize the last repairIf Ms [redacted] wants the step flashing installed that will be done for a fee

[redacted] went out to Mrs [redacted] home and met the husband of [redacted] . I took pictures, took him up on the roof and showed him the top of the chimney where it’s all busted. The chimney flashing is in great shape. Out of $15K, she only paid us approximately $7K to do the roof. She had us do the roof as inexpensive as possible. Her husband and I made an agreement, that he was going to get the cement and I was going to fix it for him for free. She has a 2 year free labor warranty and I don’t have a problem with standing past that labor warranty because it’s been over 2 years. There’s a right way to do something and there’s a wrong way.

Mr. [redacted] wanted his company to bid him a metal roof, which was explained to Mr. [redacted] his company does not do. Mr. [redacted] asked Mr. [redacted] if his company could give him price for a dimensional roof. All In One gave him a 30 year IKO dimensional roof for a 25 year shingle price -...

customer had a lot of rotten wood which was replaced free of charge - customer had a $500.00 deductible. Customer was on site when roof was torn off and replaced - customer loved the roof when it was completed and said he wanted to go to the bank and get the money so the guys could be paid that day. He told the girls in the bank what a beautiful job All In One Roofing did.
Mr. [redacted] states the quality of the workmanship is beautiful, the roof is not leaking nor will it and if it does there is a warranty on the roof.

 I would like to know who [redacted] told this to, because I have not been contacted by  All N One at all and this document attached to this file is the first time  I have seen it.  And when did someone come look at this to find out it was a chimney issue?   And he also might want to spell my name correctly on any documents that refers to my property.
