In this case all our promises was delivered: We keep the same price what was agree Delivery was promise 7-business dayFirst available delivery day for the customer was and we made delivery on 092014, faster when our delivery window By our agreement the customer need to pay 50% on the pick up and 50% on the deliverywas payment on the pick up This was the busiest time of the season and complete delivery less when business day to California this is really goodWe own our tractor trailers so this is the reason why we can delivered our promises

All National Van line operate a bait and switch operation which the public should be aware of They came to my apartment to review my inventory to be transported and gave me a quote of around $ On the day of the move their agents were unprepared, rude and possible racistsThey refused to take my items and said they came with a smaller truckI asked how could they not know the right size of truck as one of their representative came to do a walk through and knew what we were carryingI called the manager and he said he would do it for $At this point I knew I was dealing with a bunch of extortionists and not professional moversWe refused to pay they then reduced it to $2500, which we declined also as they had lost the trust factor I do not think they are in the business of moving people rather they are in the business of extorting peopleDeal with them at your own risk!

Estimate was provide by the phone and binding price was provide for the customerThe customer *** *** accept our offer and we did schedule pick up.
We did not change the price after the pick up so we delivered our promises in full
Delivery was complete in the time frame agreed by the contractWe delivered our promises.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

This business did not follow through with what they advertised. They didn't come out to my house to determine final cost for shipping before taking my things and they didn't offer cost based on cubic measurement afterwards as promised.
They were misleading and knew once they picked up my things I would pay whatever the cost to get them back.
An initial e-mail from this business states they would come out to do estimate to determine pricing if address is within 50 miles. This business neverj gave me cost based on their measurement as promised 
Not only were they deceitful but late delivering my belongings. The driver came and was rude and aggressive to the point that I called the police.

This was the busiest time of the season and complete delivery less when 10 business day to California this is really good. We own our tractor trailers so this is the reason why we can delivered our promises.

My things were taken on the [redacted] of May . Delivered on June **,2015. The driver said I had to pay first, or nothing would be taken off the truck. He didn't want to come to my floor. He said he would leave things on the second. When my son arrived, I don't know what was said , but he changed his tune. Everything was bought up to me.the company is rude , unprofessional, and disrespectful to me the Senior. Receipts had different companies, same address.All National Van Lines and [redacted] the truck was [redacted] something . [redacted].

Review: made agreement for national van lines to move my belongings from NJ to CA. Before doing so was told that my things would be measured by cubic feet and that I would pay only for the space used on delivery truck. I was assured this company was most professional, had better rates and could transport in timely fashion by salesperson. I placed deposit based on this info, movers came and took my things on August [redacted]. At that time I was not given any measurement or final billing cost as I had been promised. I did not hear from the sales person for days after they removed my items from my home. Tried to reach company salesperson for several days and they did not return my calls. When I was able to contact sales person they told me they could not have my things delivered in the time frame on my contract and what we initially agreed upon. They said they could not tell me when and asked for $700 dollars to load my things onto truck, so then they could give me an estimated delivery. I was told the salesperson would be in touch by the weekend of Sept. [redacted] and heard nothing. Left more messages and finally got call back. I was given another to someone else to call to inquire about my things. Not only did has the company been dishonest, but very unprofessional in the way that they have done business with me. I have been chasing them down while paying and still do not know where me and my childrens belongings are. Everything that we own is with this company. (Clothing, personal, computers, TV's, etc.)

I was told the entire process would be from 6-10 days and has already been 3 weeks, salesperson has lied to me, my mother, and my daughter's father. II have no idea where our things are, and the [redacted] is has done everything to avoid my calls.Desired Settlement: I want my things delivered immediately. Also want company to calculate my total cost as I was told before contract.

We should be compensated for the delay of delivery for my items. We have been inconvenienced to the point that I have purchased things that I already own to make a bearable situation for my children. They do not have their clothing and other items needed to start school, etc. This company salesperson or [redacted] has been nothing but deceitful and unprofessional.

Review: National Moving Van Lines contacted me regarded my upcoming cross-country move. Saleswoman ([redacted]) repeatedly assured me that their company would box up all of my belongings for me at no additional charge, and the entire move (packing, boxes, wrapped furniture, transportation, and one month of storage) would total $1500. When the National Moving Van Lines movers arrived at my apartment (90 minutes late), I was told by their dispatcher that packing and boxes were NOT part of my service (even though I had already signed a contract and given $100 deposit with that understanding) and that the job would actually cost $2000.

I told him that this was a bait-and-switch scheme and I would not pay more. The movers assured me they would be back at 3pm that same day, after I find my own boxes and pack my own things. They did not show up. I received a call that afternoon that they would be back the next morning at 9am. They did not show up. I called the dispatcher and said since the services were not preformed on the date or at the price the contract stated, I would like written emailed confirmation that this contract was broken and a reimbursement of my $100 deposit.

It has been over a week, and all I've gotten back from them is rude comments about how I "canceled" my contract too late and the most unhelpful, inappropriate, disrespectful "customer service" I've ever experienced.Desired Settlement: A refund of my deposit and a warning that they use a bait-and-switch tactic on their Revdex.com ranking.
