Returned item and was charged a shipping cost for no explained reason
We bought a couch and it was out of a catalog at the store so we couldn't see what it looked like before buying it, we received the couch at the store and picked it up ourselvesWe got home and opened the boxes and the couches were very cheap so we asked to return them over the weekend, we went in for a return after the manager was very rude about it and they charged us $*** for a shipping fee that is unexplained..we delivered the couches back to the store by ourselves and there was no "shipping" that happenedI am not sure but that to me is stealing $*** from us for nothing
