I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Today I received your letter dated 12-20-containing the response to my complaint #***I am responding per your instructions as follows1) I questioned the $fee and was forced to pay it; I had no choice but to put it on my credit card as I did not have so much money with me as I believed his ad that the first visit was freeI would never have gone to Ronald Reeb's office at all if I knew there was a $chargeThere is no mention of any "exam" in his ad for $I did not sign "with no complaints"; that is untrue*** *** charges nothing2) He would not give me my three medical records back when I was leaving when I asked for themHe said he would return them to me after I paid the $7,and started treatments3) I was uncomfortable with his "policies" so the next day I went to *** *** and got a second opinionThat's when I found out Ronald Reeb had lied to me about everything (he did not have spinal decompression machines; he had old outdated traction tablesAnd he was charging three times the price of *** ***And the doctor who had been working with Ronald Reeb had quit because of his "policies" and was now happily employed at *** *** which really does have spinal decompression machines and charges patients honest/fair fees which are 1/of Ronald Reeb's), no initial exam fee4) Ronald Reeb has already spent more than postage stamps (on the mailing envelope I provided him with) to return my records to me which any reputable practitioner would gladly doHow foolish5) He is indeed refusing to give me back my recordsHow can he deny it? 6) So on 11-28-I called Ronald Reeb's office, cancelled everything and informed him that if he did not mail my records back in the mailing envelope I provided him with I was going to report him to the Revdex.com so that no other poor soul in pain is ever treated like thisDonna went and talked to him while I was put on hold, came back and hung up on meThus I filed the Revdex.com form*** *** is wonderful and honest, open days/week, very professional and kind

Ms. [redacted] consulted with our office on 11/27/17. Our consultation is always free but after talking with her I recommended doing an examination to determine if we could help her. I also informed her that the exam charge would be $90 and she agreed to proceed with that. We then performed the...

examination on her which consisted of some orthopedic tests and palpation of the spine. I told her after the exam she was a good candidate for care but that we would also look at the MRI disc
she brought and would
go over the findings on the next visit. We proceeded to the front and I collected the $90 on a charge card. She signed it with no complaints.
Ms. [redacted] was actually eager to start care on the next visit so I booked an appointment for her on 11/29/17. She then called our office later that same day on 11/27/17 and spoke to Donna about starting care on Wednesday because her friend was going to loan her the
money for our spinal decompression treatment. We then received a call on 11/28/17 from [redacted] stating that her friend wanted her to go for a
second opinion. She also told Donna that she had driven to our Amherst office to pickup films and the
office was closed. Our office is closed on Tuesdays in Amherst but open for business in our Orchard Park office where all calls are
taken. She then demanded that we mail her MRI disc. Donna informed her
that was not our office policy and she would need to pick them up during our normal business hours in Amherst. Ms. [redacted] then became irate on the phone. She kept insisting we mail the MRI disc and questioning why we would not give them back to her. We have never refused to give films or an MRI disc back to a patient. We do not mail them and require the patient to pick them up. To suggest we are refusing to give them back is ludicrous. Ms. [redacted] is not entitled to a refund of $90 for the exam. The exam was performed on the patient and her consultation with me was
