(the “Customer”) concerning the Customer’s order of GreenTea FIT.  We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the Customer’s concerns.ANN has identified that, on January 1, 2017, the Customer ordered GreenTea FIT.  The Customer enrolled through the Company’s web site in a 15-day trial offer of GreenTea FIT for a $5.95 trial, shipping and handling fee and enrollment in our monthly home delivery program.  According to the terms posted on the enrollment page and in the detailed “Terms of Offer” on the web site, if the Customer did not like the trial product, he could obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from the Company before the end of the 15-day trial and return the product to avoid further charges. On January 15, 2017, the Customer, using our automated telephone system, selected a cancellation option in which the customer could keep the product for a reduced cost of $25.  The automated system explained that after the $25 charge there would be no further charges and that he would not receive any further shipments.  In addition, an email was sent to the customer confirming that his account was cancelled, that he elected to keep the product for $25 and that he would not receive any further shipments.  Please note that the customer could have elected other cancellation options in the automated phone system, as well as  on-line, and by speaking to a customer service representative that would have resulted in no product charges. When the Company received the Customer’s complaint on January 19, 2017, the Company refunded the Customer’s account balance in full to the credit card that the Customer provided at sign-up.  Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  We trust that this response addresses your inquiry.  Please let us know if you have any further questions.Best regards,Steve V[redacted]Owner[redacted]

Review: I ordered the trial make up on 6/12 and paid 8.95 for it. Thinking its a good deal to try out some make up, boy was I wrong. I got the make up and went online to cancel the next order, got an email saying it was canceled and didn't think about it again until 6/27 when I showed a charge of 89.99 on my account. I called in o. 6/28 to ask about it and was told I never sent the trail product back. Advise that I could do that but wanted my money back for it. I was told that I'll get my money back when they have the box in their hands. I told them it was not OK and wanted it back immediately. Was told no and to have a nice day and she tried to hang up on me I told her I wanted it back. I was sending it back and I was not going to be charged $90 for this stupid thing. The lady started getting massive attitude with me and I called her out on it and told her it was not OK for her to do that and asked for a supervisor. I had to ask 3 times for one and each time she tried to hang up on me. She finally said my name and number were in the queue to be called back. When I asked for a time frame I was told there wasn't one and to have a nice day. When I told her I needed a time frame I was told someone will call you today and that was that. Call ended. I called in again for the info to return the product. Was greeted with someone with an attitude and felt talked down to. At this point I'm in tears from how offered I'm feeling by these people. I went and sent everything back and called back in to see if there was an idea of when I would get a call bac and was greeted by the "floor manager" and was told that I would not be getting my money back and I would get a call some time today but it's not even worth it since they won't give me my money back either and the call was disconnected. I'm so beyond furious with these people I talked to today. They talked to me like I was the sm of the earth and made me feel like I did something wrong when I know I didn't. If I missed a step I understand but I should NEVER feel as if I was sm of the earth for that. I want my money back from starting with the trial payment to me having to ship the product back for the way I was treated. It's unacceptable for anyone to treat me like that. Those women need to be retrained in how to talk to people respectfully or need to get out of customer service and stop working with people if they don't have people skills.Desired Settlement: A refund of $111.94

8.95 for the trail

13.00 for returning the product

89.99 for the new charge showing on my account

Review: I answered an advertisement on the internet about your product. It was a trial. The first shipment had been tampered with so the representative of the company told me to keep the product and she would reship the trial package and send an email when my trial period would end. This never happened. I have never received the second shipment even though the representative tells me the post office says it was delivered. I have 7 mailboxes near my home. It may have been delivered, but not in my box. I was told "go to the post office" and find it there. What a bunch of crap!! They have now charged my card for $89 and told me to go find the product so you can get your money back. That is a rip off.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and have this company put on notice that this is not what consumers expect.
