Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They seller claims to have held up his end of this bargain and this is not the case I have attached the Conditions of Sale on the back of the original invoice No items ever left the store and we never received any item in this transaction This particular transaction is not outlined in any of the conditions of sale Our understanding was always that the deposit was refundable This was evidenced by the initial refund that we received of the deposit During the follow up conversation we had the understanding that the second time we made the deposit we would be subject to the same terms, a refundable deposit.The fact is that the seller still has all of this furniture and has a store front available to market and sale the furniture I don't believe an out right claim of "holding up their end of the bargain" is adequate Regards, [redacted]
