Dynasty Heating and Cooling has by far been a nightmare to deal withThey were provided to me through our home warranty company, *** *** ** *** (and even they are a pain to deal with.) Our heat had been out for close to two weeks by the time I actually called them and now it has been a WEEK since I first make the complaint to my home warranty companyEvery time I call Dynasty it rings to a cell phone, Danielle, and it almost seems like I wake her up every single timeShe has no customer service skills what-so-ever and no sense of urgency or follow-upShe always says she will call me back, which she never does and when I have to call her back checking on progress, she has no clue what is going on
By the time the technician, Jesse, got out to my house I thought things were going to get fixedNopeAs knowledgeable as he seemed, he never submitted the diagnosis to the home warranty companyHe had to order a "special part" too, and I guarantee you that has not been done yet, since he said he would have to wait on the home warranty companyWhen calling the home warranty company, the representative was anything but caring and said she would "follow up" on the issueSo needless to say, my heat is still not fixed and there seems to be no resolve anytime soonI would NEVER recommend Dynasty Heating and Cooling to anyoneMatter of fact, I would strongly discourageWith their lack of urgency, folland general knowledge about what is going on, they have been a nightmare!

Dynasty was selected by HWA to install a new A/C unit and air handler in our home Jesse and Tommy came out to my house and did a nice job They were friendly and easy to work with Jesse is the owner and is pretty responsive to calls and texts He was great to work with through HWA I felt like he was looking out for our best interests more than HWA

I came into contact with Dynasty Heating and Cooling through our home warranty company. When our heat pump started acting up I called them and we started a run around that lasted three weeks. They were fairly quick to come out the first time because per our warranty I had to pay Dynasty a $100 service fee at the time of "service." Jake was there a whole 10 minuets before he came to the conclusion that the problem was with our breaker box and said we needed to call an electrician. We did so and an electrician was out the very next day. He was there for a little over an hour testing the electrical side of things and found nothing wrong. Jake had mentioned we needed a 30 amp breaker even though the heat pump called for a 25. The electrician agreed with the manufacturer and said that would be a bad idea. I called Dynasty back but this time it took them the better part of a week to get out to us. This time Jake brought another gentleman with him and they were there for a total of 15 minuets before saying that there was nothing wrong with the heat pump and that we needed to have an electrician put in a 30 amp breaker. Frustrated I called them back a few days later and they wouldn't answer my calls for several days. They said that at this point I needed to call or warranty company again, open a new claim and pay them another $100 service fee because this time it was a separate issue. I told him I would call them again but this time I would ask them to send another vendor. The man I talked to on the phone started to raise his voice and acted rather unprofessionally. It's clear to me that he has no pride in his work and from such a new company if they keep this up I don't see them staying in business much longer. Long story short we are working wit another heating and cooling company, they found the issue (electrical whip shorting out) and are set to replace the part tomorrow. If you too have a home warranty and the company sends Dynasty out all you have to do is request another vendor. Dynasty will give you nothing but a headache and a hot house. We were directed to Dynasty Heating & Cooling through our HWA. We were having issues with our heat pump & it was determined we needed to replace our thermostat. Dynasty recommended we put in a Honeywell which we agreed too. After waiting for the owner to call us back (very poor communication), he didn't show, but sent another tech who after installing ended up being a different brand which we didn't pay for. We insisted on the Honeywell but was told it was out of stock & the one we got was just as good. We were not happy with that answer, so told the tech we wanted what we paid for, and he contacted the owner. After numerous calls & waiting he finally came out installed the same brand but supposedly an upgrade & said he wasn't going to charge us. Still didn't feel we were being taken care of, he told us "what else do you want me to do"? I have been fired from HWA, (which didn't happen) blaming us for, and had a bad attitude with us. We still don't have the proper manual for the unit installed and no receipt for it. The owner no longer wants communication with us and has asked us to stop texting him. He has lied to us and we now have a unit that he will not stand behind if something were to happen. The owner is very unprofessional if you don't work with his schedule and doesn't do what he says and doesn't show up when he says.
