I just ordered one cord for $24.95 and there was a box that said get one free. They charged me49.95!
At 8:am on 12-16-I ordered the buy , get free offer The charges were $, and were confirmed via email Then , only minutes later, I received another email confirming another alleged purchase of additional cables , and records showing another charge of $ Positively, I did NOT make this purchaseI tried to file my complaint to the company using their online form , however, it will not submit because the field titled SUBJECT cannot be filled out I cannot access the keyboard to type on Rather , when I click on the SUBJECT, it goes to the numbers only keyboard, thus making it impossible to fill out Also , it is impossible to reach them by phone, in an effort to resolve this matterI am asking that they authorize my return of the alleged cable " deal " which they charged me for I am at an impasse, and sorely need your assistanceI fear that this company is ripping off other customers as well How do you notify me of your proceedings, and what is your expected response time ? Purchased a cable for $24.95 was charged then with a separate charged was charged 249.50. No way of contacting company. Put in the address and it comes up as a residential address! Web site does not work sent a message to my bank about an unauthorized charge on my account believed I was scammed!

I ordered 3 ft charging cables for I phone was charged 24.95 and then charged 49.90 for no reason. I haved tried to call over 10 times and no answer I want a complete refund and no Items sent Please send a refund to my credit card.
I tried to order this, it then said that it timed out...I was charged $34.95 within minutes. We will see if I receive anything, I have already contacted my bank to let them know that when I placed the order it timed out and didn't give me any information. It kept prompting me to buy OTHER things, which I went through and denied... The transaction is pending, so we will see! He said call back on Tuesday, and if they don't respond to my phone calls, we will file a complaint and get my money back! YOU are scamming the wrong chick...if you have NO intentions of selling products at what you are offering them...then you need to be held accountable for this...I've already spoke with my bank, so bring it on...I HOPE I get what I ordered and NOTHING more! I will dispute and WIN every charge!
My intent was to order one charging cord for $24.95. My bank card has been charged twice for $24.95. I request to be shipped one cord and the $24.95 duplicate charge be returned to my account. Thank you.
Charges on my bank card I found charges for 44.95 on my credit card and have never had correspondence wit this company, nor did I give them my card number or bank acct. number. This is the 2nd time I've had fraudulent charges from a company in Raleigh, NC.Desired Settlement44.35 plus the 30.00 bank overdraft for a check that didn't clear by $2.35.Business Response We refunded his money before he filed this complaint. He must have not recognized our company name. Consumer Response I would like to know how All Online Inc. got my credit card and or bank account #?Final Business Response The only way for us to charge your credit card is for someone to use it while making a purchase on our site.
Deceptive AdvertisingThe company offered a free cell phone charging cable with a minimal $2-$3 shipping/handling charge. Once the item arrived, I was billed $44.95 for a [redacted]. I did not authorize this charge.Desired SettlementImmediate refund of the $44.95 charge.Business Response You may have overlooked it when you ordered the cable but it clearly lets you know you also get a 7 day free trial of the our Wholesale Club and it's just $44.95 ones a year after your trial. It also comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. I refunded your order. The money will be back on your card in 2-3 business days.You did not have to file a Revdex.com complaint against us to get a refund. We would have gladly given you one if you simply submitted a ticket or replied to any of the emails we sent you.
I made a purchase with this company 1 time after recieveing item my bank account stilll is getting chargedi brought a item from this company for $2 one week later my bank card is being charge for purchases I have never made Desired Settlementi would like all my money back I did not ever recieve anything and I did not approve of any transactions Business Response Mr. [redacted] signed up for our VIP Wholesale Club Membership. He received his first week for free and paid the annual membership of $44.95 at the end of his trial. He did not contact us asking to cancel prior to the end of his free trial. There was no need for him to file this complaint. If he didn't want his membership all he had to do was submit a support ticket and we would have immediately issued him a full refund. This is the first request we received from Mr. [redacted] asking for a refund. We refunded his money and canceled his membership.
Ordered a [redacted] charging cord for minor amount not realizing they would charge my credit card $44.95 for a membership in VIP Wholesale club-I ordered a very inexpensive [redacted] charging cord not realizing the very fine print indicated my credit card would also be charged $44.95 for a year's membership in the VIP Wholesale Club. When I realized this, I offered to return the cord (still unused) but was told by them I could not get a refund. On June 17, they offered to send me 3 new cables, a wall plug and USB car charger to make it up to me. To date, I have not received anything and I have made several attempts at contacting them, occasionally receiving a reply from an agent named [redacted] that she would look into it. At this point, I would like nothing more than to opt out of this membership and receive a full refund of the $44.95 in the VIP Wholesale Club. Desired SettlementI would like my credit card to be credited the $44.95 charge for a years membership in VIP Wholesale Club. I would then like to be taken off any mailing list or membership list. /////
Promised a free charging cable for phone at just $2.45 for shipping.They then slammed my credit card for an additional $44.95.Clicked on their Facebook ad and got ordered a charging cable for an iPhone. Shipping was $2.45.Got my CC bill and there was an extra $44.95 add from this company. Very deceptive practices. My CC company has already dealt with the slamming of the $44.95.I have warned all of my Facebook contacts about this vendor and to not try the "free" offer.They never sent me a membership email, and did not respond to questions on Facebook or via email so I had no choice but to have my CC company reverse the $44.95. I am sure I will never even see the charging cable as they said in the email to me after the $2.45 shipping fee that it would take 2-3 weeks to get the charging cable. They wait to see who is charged and paid the $44.95 "membership" and then ships the cable. I am sure I will have to have my CC company take the $2.45 off my bill also. It is just a total headache all for one charging cable.Desired SettlementJust be honest and ship the charging cable.
