10/3/2015. During her transaction, two mint tins and the receipt were accidentally left outside of the bag. When I arrived to work Monday morning 10/5/2015, I checked the messages from our answering machine. I check the machine every Monday morning when I get back from my days off. The customer had left three messages regarding her missing mints and receipt. I waited till around10am to call her back. I left her a message explaining that I would happily send her the mints and the receipt; I just needed her address. She did not return our call. I called again this morning 10/8/2015 and left a second message. She did call back this time and I got her address. As soon as I am done with this email, I am going to package up her receipt and mints and take it to the post office.Thank you for taking the time to read this. Is there anything else we need to do?
