actually completed 06/26/2015. On 07/09/2015, AOL, Inc. technicians returned to address on "Work Order #2661." the items you requested were completed and you provided final payment. On June 7th, 2017, almost 2 years after 100% completion AOL, Inc. received our first email from you regarding your synthetic lawn with pictures showing "sediment" that had washed down the sloped part of your yard onto the level synthetic lawn.   On June 13th, I personally responded to you and your concern. I explained that the spring and winter rains/snow melt of 2016 had eroded your slope and had washed your existing bark dust, dirt, and 1/4" minus gravel walkway material onto the synthetic material. this is a maintenance item, not an installation defect. I tried to express to you that it needed to be cleaned up and there was no installation defect.   Your second email was June 28th, 2017, asking if I had been by your residence to look at your issue. I had already responded to you about this and my findings from my site visit, through email on June 13th at 11:49AM.   I was not sure why your emailed AOL, Inc., again, on June 28th, 2017 after I had already responded to your concern on June 13th, 2017 via email. These are all of our email correspondences from 2017. Yes, our office administrator answers the phone lines from 8AM- 430PM Monday- Friday. AOL, Inc. also tracks and logs all of our phone calls and we have no phone calls from your contact number, only the 2 emails correspondences! Now on 11/29/2017 I received a complaint from Revdex.com that was initiated by you on 10/12/2017, ID# 12440904. AOL, Inc. or myself had considered your issue responded to and that you proceeded with sediment removal. I know we have had difficulties dealing with each other [redacted], and I’m very sorry. You and your June 7th, 2017 email were responded to by me on June 13th at 11:35AM as to the sediment that required manual removal and there was no defect in the material or installation.
