A couple months back, I purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning using All Organic Carpet CleaningIt took several phone calls (and left numerous voicemails) to get in contact with them in order to schedule an appointment Note, even though I had called at least four times and left at least two voicemails, they never returned my calls I eventually spoke with the owner, [redacted] (by continuing to call)It was his cell phone as the number provided to call to set up the appointment He told me that he was sorry, but that he had been in the hospital I didn't make anything of it I understood and requested to setup an appointment We setup the appointment for 10:am on a Wednesday morning At 10:30, they still had not shown up or called and my wife had to leave soon As she was headed out the door, close to 11:am, the guy showed up My wife let him know that she had to leave and we would have to reschedule My wife told me that it was a good thing too, she said she would not have felt comfortable with that guy in our home alone with her She said that the vehicle was not marked to indicate that it was from All Organic Carpet Cleaning Also, the guy didn't look at all professional Later [redacted] let me know that there are only two of them that clean carpet and neither have marked vehicles The second time I talked to ***, he told me that he had not returned my calls because he had been in the hospital (same as the time before) Again, I passed it off as no big deal However, he was unable to re-schedule the appointment because he was taking his son to dinner He informed me that he would call me back at 5:pm that evening; he never called back By the time I spoke with [redacted] the third and final time (again having called numerous times - no voicemails left this time), I already had a bit of a bad taste in my mouth about the companyIt was during this conversation that he told me about the unmarked vehicles, the very inflexible hours of operation, and the fact that there are only two of them that perform the workI let him know that my wife felt comfortable with the person that was sent out (obviously the other guy)He didn't offer to personally come out and perform the work, but rather defended that the other guy is a single dad and is therefore trustworthy I get that small companies have to start small and build from there All Organic Carpet Cleaning has been around since early In the nearly four years of business, they couldn't have purchased at least magnetic signs to go on the side of the vehicles if not stenciling? Perhaps shirts with a logo, a name, anything to give a somewhat professional appearance What about a system for when [redacted] is in the hospital, someone else is able to take calls from customers? None of thatNot assuming anything, but if you're running a business it might be a good idea to have some indication that you're legitimate and professional (even if it's only surface value) After the lack of effort on their part, the inflexibility, lack of apparent professionalism, as well as other negative comments on this site, it appears that I will not be receiving the carpet cleaning service that I paid for Obviously, I would prefer a full refund

I had an appointment to have my carpet cleaned at 3:He called me at 11:30, stating that he was "stuck in Lincoln with nothing to do" until 3:and he asked me if we could push back the appointmentI told him that I was at work and wouldn't be available until I went home and moved all my furniture out of the designated areasI tried calling him but he wouldn't answer his phoneFinally I reached his receptionist, who told me he'd headed back to Council BluffsHe completely blew off our appointment and refused to answer his phone! He only got back to me when I threatened to leave negative reviews (he said he's sue me for "slander")From reading other reviews, it sounds like he regularly blows off his customersWhat a horrible way to run a business

I saw a carpet cleaning discount ad, which I believe was on GrouponI called the company directly to see how soon they could clean my carpets because of the holiday seasonI made an apptfor ***THEY DIDN'T SHOW UPWhen I called them, they said there was a communication problem, and we rescheduled for ***
On ***, they came to clean the carpetsIt took them less than an hour to move furniture, vacuum and shampoo the carpets in the living room, family room, dining room, stairs, upstairs hallway, the master bedroom and one other bedroomThe next day I noticed a lot of spots still there, along with dirt and crumbs along the edges of furniture and wallsI took spray carpet cleaner and cleaned some spots, so I called them with my concern
They came back ***This time it was the manager/owner ***He said that the carpets definitely were not clean, and he cleaned them againThe next day I noticed that the carpets now had big, hard circles in
