We signed a contract/Proposal with ALL OUT Complete Property Services on 6/1/2016 to quarterly clean hood & exhaust system in our Restaurant per NV Fire Codes. In August we called them as we noticed some grease build up and they serviced it for us for the first time. At that time we asked them to come on a 60 day basis. On November 2nd they came to service it again. We did not check their work at that time. In February we had to call again for them to come as the build up was getting bad and they had not come as agreed. After they came, we did not notice any improvement. We started to suspect the work was not being done, so we went on the roof and saw they had not done any of the work. In March We called to complain and they said it was a training issue and that they would return to do the job. After this scheduled cleaning they called us back saying it had all been done and that they had done an excellent job. We went to check and found out that they had never cleaned the roof. They only cleaned the bowl, but when you opened the hood there was at least 1/2" grease build up on all fan blades, and hood duct. They clearly had not completed the most important work. We called to complain and the answer was:Going on vacation, please call someone else to get the job done right and please make sure to remove our Fire Marshal Sticker from the hood. All of my hood exhaust cleaning reports have stated that the fan connected to the hood system had inadequate "draw" and was not pulling the grease and exhaust from the system properly. I advised them to have the fan worked on on numerous times which is reflected in my reports to them. On the last service performed very recently, After 2/3's of the service time had passed I went to pick up more degreasing cleaning chemical from the office. When I arrived back at the job my employee stated he had cleaned the remainder of the fan/duct work from ontop. He misunderstood apparently what I meant when I told him "under the fan blades" because he was new. When I learned from Mr. [redacted] the next day that the duct shaft was not clean I handled the matter professionally. I was leaving for vacation and did not have time to go back and fix the mistake and of course did not want to have a new employee still in training there without me especially because I have to supervise the job with my licensing and he still needed more training. I told Mr. [redacted] that because the system was not yet cleaned to code that my sticker must be removed from the hood system according to state fire marshal laws. I did not even charge him for performing 6 hours worth of work for that service. I did not want him to be out of fire code and have any potential hood fires so I directed him to call Nevada Exhaust which is another hood & exhaust cleaning company to go out and clean the duct shaft right away. I also informed the Fire Marshal of the details (this is a requirement for all reporting) so that there was no confusion and or liability on my company at that point. I never have had a signed contract with the new owners and they still haven't had the fan adjusted properly according to code. I feel I did everything that was responsible in accordance to the situation that occurred. And the only one of the new owners I have ever communicated with has been [redacted]. Thank you, [redacted]

I hired them to repair the grout in my master bathroom, fix two broken fence posts, clean my gutters and pressure wash my driveway and decks.
